You can't expect your driver to perform at maximum of his abilities if he knows that after one bad race he'll get the second driver treatment. We saw how much better Bottas was after we signed the contract with Alfa last year. There's no doubt that Lewis was always the first driver and rightfully so because he is the better driver but I hope it doesn't happen to Russell. Hope to get something similar to Charles and Carlos last season. A fair battle between teammates of similar strength
