If you know to play the piano a little bit, it should be possible to learn it by listening and looking at his hands. Melody is simple and repetitive, and the left hand just resolves the chords in an easy way. I'd say it is a matter of 30 minutes up to a few hours to play it by heart, depending on your skills. And I agree, it is a charming little piece. However I find it a bit funny that virtually every pianist of this style now sits in front of a completely opened upright piano, preferably inside an industrial or "Lost places" style hall. Probably the contemporary urban (hipster) style :-)
