My Mum has been using steamed towel every morning and her skin looks more supple and radian than mine. I'm not sure if she knew all of the benefits that you've described, but now it motivates me to do it more (I haven't been doing it mainly due to laziness). Thank you for the useful information :)
I am in my 80s and take good care of my skin. I medical micro needle once a month and use an LED mask daily. I have tried medical grade skin care, including growth factors, DNA enzyme repair, etc. I have tried numerous stem cell products and just don’t see an improvement. I’m trying to be realistic - just trying to slow down the effects of aging. I’ve tried micro needling with Exosomes and other products from Acecosem. Do you have any suggestions? I haven’t tried Calecim professional serum. Do you think it’s worth trying? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
It sounds like you’re doing an incredible job. I love PN skin boosters like Rejuran healer (black box) or other PN based boosters. Stay consistent! Great job on your skincare routine!
Hi. I just bought a mini nano mister on amazon and filled it with glycerin and rose water. Is this similar to the steam you are talking about? The nano is cool mist. I use it several times a day for a 30 secs or so. I just found your channel. Do you have a video on hyperpigmentation? I have sun spots that will not go away. I may have to accept them. I do everything and I don't over do it either. I do chemical peels (jessners), tretinoin, HQ, C, red light a few times a week, and use a line called Viktoria Deann that has brightened my skin a lot. Thank you

It’s nice to have the nano, but a warm steam is better for opening pores. 💕
@GorgeouslyAgingTV thank you for clarifying. I will get the one you posted. It's only necessary to do this once a month?
If my water is hard, with a lot of minerals, should I avoid steaming? Thank you!
Not necessarily. I have hard top water, and use it regularly. If you have any issues, you can use distilled water. 💕
But, not skin of color. I hyper pigmented 7 years ago with steaming, and still have the blotchy skin despite using Cyspera and Tretenoin.
Those with skin of color should definitely be careful of heat, keeping the steam further away from the face to avoid negative side effects. 💕
