    Great workflow! For some reason my textures are not being exported to unreal eventhoug I have the copy and box checked in blender exporter. Any ideas what I could be missing? cheers

      Thanks!! That's never happened to me :( I would check maybe the FBX Import Options when you import in Unreal. Make sure the "import textures box" is checked ( it should be by default) and that the material import method is set to "create new materials". If that still doesn't fix it I would just import it manually in Unreal by import the texture and creating a new material.

      @@mimi_bytes Yes it is odd, everything seems to be good but the textures are not coming in. Anyways, at least the geometry comes! Great tutorial!

    Hi this is pretty cool. Which version of unreal are you using? I’m using 5.5 and metahuman identity doesn’t show up for me on my content drawer. I don’t know what to do. Any suggestions?

      This was UE 5.4. It seems like the 5.5 update was massive and they changed a lot -- have not tested it yet but will report back when I do.

      worse case scenario for now you can do it in 5.4 and then update your entire project to 5.5 once the MetaHuman identity part is done

      damn. and you're sure you've got the metahuman plugin installed and enabled in your project? that's the only thing I can think that might be causing this...

      and be sure to install it for 5.4 or whichever version of Unreal you're using

      Make sure your units in blender are centimeters!
