I loved this one a lot. Yeah, not as exciting, but it was far more heartfelt. Watching you as just a family playing games and having fun is legit why I started watching y'all. My family wasn't as expressive in their affection and I really wanted more play and fun, but we haven't gotten there and that is what I want in my own family when I start one. I want to have a family that wrestles until they are grown and even older. Y'all give me hope for me to have that and grasp it. Also, on the segment of Santa's presents I could feel the sadness. I had to pause to cry it out. Mainly because I didn't get to go home to my family for the 2nd year in a row. I know the feeling of missing family at Christmas. I am grateful for it though, that means I really do love them and it will be only greater when I am able to go home. Bless y'all and Merry Christmas!
I relate to this a lot. I grew up watching them and they always provided a sense of comfort that I didn't get from my family and gave me a sense of hope that I can one day have a happy and loving family of my own. Like you, I haven't gotten there yet but I remain hopeful that I will find it one day (and I'm sure that you will as well). I'm grateful that they still continue to make videos for people like us, and still provide comfort to me even now that I'm in my 20's. "Where did the freaking time go?" True words have never been spoken. Exactly 10 years ago I was in, and graduated from highschool. Everything that happened then and in between till now just passed in a blink of an eye. So many memories and moments. As the Shaytards have been creating their moments and saving their memories through their vlogs, they've given us time capsules of our own to go back to and remember what we were doing at that time. I can recall exactly where I was when Shay hit 2 million subscribers and had his surprise birthday at MAKER studios. I was finding myself and life was confusing but watching those vlogs and seeing everyone happy was honestly so incredible to experience. So thank you Shay and the family for letting us captivate those memories with you. I often watch these vlogs and always tell myself this is the kind of family I want to raise. This is my husband and I’s first Christmas married, and we recently moved to Okinawa, Japan (with the Military). It was our first Christmas outside of the states and very different from what we are used to but it was nice to create new traditions as a couple! Thank you for always making us laugh! ❤️

Hey! Time right now is 4:01 PM, Monday November 27th, 2023.. Christmas is in exactly 28 days, and I'm here rewatching all of the Shaytards Christmas Specials over and over again with my service dog Tank, all the way up until Christmas, so I can finally make my own families Christmas special. I've been waiting so long to do this, I finally got my camera, photo camera, tripods, etc. My mum is helping me do it, because we want the memories to be passed down to her grandkids, but her kids' kids. I'm rewatching all of these because of the memories and hope it gives me to have a wonderful Christmas. the past few years have been super rough, lots of family things, money issues and etc. Everything has finally cleared up, and I'm so happy about it. I got a super good paying job, I help with the bills and everything around the house, I help my mum with her hospital bills, and I'm so much happier than those years. Shaytards has always been a big part of my Christmas "tradition" to watch every single year... Long timer here, but thank you all for the good hopes and wishes you give to your community, we all love you!

I have watched the Christmas specials repeatedly for YEARS. They are my favorite and this one will just go on the list. It was wonderful. Life isn’t always going places and doing Wild activities. Sometimes it’s fussing with your siblings over a fun game of uno. Either way, the love and laughter is contagious and I’m so grateful we got to see another one. Merry Christmas, Butlers. "Where did the freaking time go?" True words have never been spoken. Exactly 10 years ago I was in, and graduated from highschool. Everything that happened then and in between till now just passed in a blink of an eye. So many memories and moments. As the Shaytards have been creating their moments and saving their memories through their vlogs, they've given us time capsules of our own to go back to and remember what we were doing at that time. I can recall exactly where I was when Shay hit 2 million subscribers and had his surprise birthday at MAKER studios. I was finding myself and life was confusing but watching those vlogs and seeing everyone happy was honestly so incredible to experience. So thank you Shay and the family for letting us captivate those memories with you. I often watch these vlogs and always tell myself this is the kind of family I want to raise. Don't listen to all the hate Shay, focus on the love and support, and God bless Collette and all the kids!

I wanted to say I have watched your channel since I was about 8 years old. I was dealing with a very imperfect situation and dangerous home life when I came across your videos. I didn’t know what a healthy family was supposed to look like until I saw you all. It made me realize that I needed to break the chain and start a beautiful family myself when I got older. This is my husband and I’s first Christmas married, and we recently moved to Okinawa, Japan (with the Military). Hey! Time right now is 4:01 PM, Monday November 27th, 2023.. Christmas is in exactly 28 days, and I'm here rewatching all of the Shaytards Christmas Specials over and over again with my service dog Tank, all the way up until Christmas, so I can finally make my own families Christmas special. I've been waiting so long to do this, I finally got my camera, photo camera, tripods, etc. My mum is helping me do it, because we want the memories to be passed down to her grandkids, but her kids' kids. I'm rewatching all of these because of the memories and hope it gives me to have a wonderful Christmas. the past few years have been super rough, lots of family things, money issues and etc. Everything has finally cleared up, and I'm so happy about it. I got a super good paying job, I help with the bills and everything around the house, I help my mum with her hospital bills, and I'm so much happier than those years. Shaytards has always been a big part of my Christmas "tradition" to watch every single year... Long timer here, but thank you all for the good hopes and wishes you give to your community, we all love you!
Not saying this in a bad way but it’s not about what you do for the holidays it’s about the memories you share with. It’s always a great vlog when it’s genuine. No need to put pressure on yourself to make the “perfect” Christmas special. There’s no such thing as perfect. We love the videos no matter what.
