a wonderful video. i done the swiss alps 40 years ago on a suzuki sp370 single trials bike. my girlfriend on the back. now my wife of 40 years this year. the little suzuki never missed a beat and never let us down . you have bought back such wonderful memories of such a happy trip. i had tears in my eyes . yes, i still ride a bike , suzuki sv650 sports. thank you so much.for filming and posting such a wonderful video. safe riding to you and all of you out there.
Man wat goed, kippenvel ...kan niet wachten rond te rijden in dit prachtige gebied. Ga zo door top👍
It's absolutely heavenly! You'll love it!
@@AndyManCam heb zelf sinds kort ook een fz1 van 2006 ,prachtige motor met voldoende pk's(Heb de brandstofslang al besteld ;)
Fantastic videography and music choice. Brought back fond memories of our biking blasts around those passes. Bravo.
Thanks Mark. This was definitely one of my favourite rides and fittingly also a favourite video to put together! Cheers!
What a great way to spend the day. Life doesn't get any better. Thanks for taking me along!
You’re so very right! If only we could do nothing but this!!
I never get bored of these videos. I additionally love the finish line painted on the road after the pass. Superb scenery. Cheers for providing this viewing experience.
I am VERY happy to hear that mate! Naturally they take a lot longer than the simple vlogs to create so to hear such high praise makes it worth the toil. Cheers!
Dit is mijn droom reis .ooit op een dag ga ik daarheen . Ik kan deze serie over en over bekijken ,dit gaat nooit vervelen.
unglaubliche Landschaft! sehr schöne Aufnahmen!
Herzlichen Dank! War wirklich traumhaft!
Thank you for making my work day awesome!
Thank you for watching Niklas!
Cracking vlog Andy - in the midst of all this Covid shite that took me back to when me and a few of my mates where there in spring 2018 - we stayed in Wassen and in the morning whilst having breakfast you could hear the bikes heading up the Susten Pass - awesome trip !
Thanks Andy, I'm happy to hear that! Oh to be at the Susten on a sunny day!
Magnificent, Majestic motorcycle heaven. Watched it 3 times already, still in awe. Brilliant editing & music, you and Smokey make a great team as well, what a joy to watch, Cheers Andy & Smokeybarr.
Thanks Eric! Smokey was a solid travelling companion! We had a proper few laughs up in them there hills!
Another great video, super editing. #teamplayer had me actually laughing out loud!! 👍
Thanks again Liz. I really let myself down on the 1 for all front in this one!
I have watched your video over and over again. I can't get enough of it. I can't wait to ride there on my yamaha fz1s 👍😉
mate, i can say exactly the same thing, bought a fz1s 2 moths ago, she's lovely. Cant wait to get to switserland next summer
Thanks Koos! The FZ1 was utterly perfect for this riding! Big enough for comfort and power, agile enough to have a LOT of fun!
beautifull content and I love the way you pronounce the Names of the passes ;-) As I come from Switzerland, I know these roads quite a bit and it gives me an awesome throwback to this summer. Thanks man, subscribed!
Thank you! 😃
l ust have watched this video 5 times now, shared it on Facebook and to friends the same amount because it feckin awesome !
You sir, are a gentleman and a scholar! Thanks so much! It's the sharing that really helps to build the channel. And the more the channel builds, the more I can make videos! Win-Win!!
Top notch. Did a bit of Switzerland a couple of years ago. Your films are so cool!
Many many thanks Tibor! Switzerland is heaven on earth!
Oh my days! 😄👍👏👏😎
Brilliant work there!
Been too long since I was there🤔4 years ago 😱😨 MUST go back very soon 😆
Great editing fantastic mix of onboard cameras and drone shots were fabulous.
👍🏍🏍❤️
Thanks very much!! I think it’s the kind of place that as soon as you’ve left, it’s already too long since you were last there!
Stunning roads, stunning scenery. I will have to get myself over there soon.
Thanks very much mate. You really ought to. Before it’s too full to move!
Never tire of watching this.
One of the best, if not your best videos I have seen from you! And I have seen a lot of them. But please make a "Fahrsicherheitstraining" regarding your cornering line. It would be a shame if something would happen to due to suboptimal cornering habits. The cornering line really unleashes a new Dimension of fun and safety. stay safe and keep up the awesome work Andy.
Thanks mate! I actually felt pretty good about my cornering. I was always wide in, to maximize visibility through the bend and then accelerating through the to exit as the vanishing point opened up. Not saying I wouldn’t like to do a bit of extra training aswell! 👍🏻👍🏻
I moved to Switzerland 2 months ago from Germany. Andermatt is just 50min away from me. Your videos are basically what I will be doing every weekend as soon as all the Passes are open.😊
You swine!! Sounds like you’ve moved directly next door to heaven! Have fun!!
Stunning. That's the word.
Lucky bar stewards.
👍
You’re not wrong. Very lucky to have already been here twice now. Hopefully the count will continue though! 😜
Those roads look truly EPIC...... Bravo Zulu ! great vlog once again
They WERE epic mate! And the views from them, yet more epic. Cheers!
Amazing video ! Thanks for sharing. That's my 500km sunday ride. I love these passes especially the Nufenen and Susten
Cheers! You lucky bugger! It was over 1000km before I even got into the area!! 😄 the nufenen was much bettter than expected. Amazing place.
Brilliant video AMC I've got to do this next year after all this is over!
Keep up the good work keeping us all entertained under current circumstances, 👍👌🏍🏍
Thanks again Darren. Good work charging through these videos! 👍🏻👍🏻
Hi Andy. Watching for 2nd or 3rd time.....good old Covid. Thanks for the vids, and can see the work you put in to these. Love the innuendoes 😂
Cheers THB! Very glad they warrant another viewing!! Thanks!
Haha, loved it. Laughed out loud at the #teamplayer part. My summer holiday will be in these parts next june!
Cheers Rob! There’s clearly no Andy in team! 🤣. Have a great time mate. Fabulous part of the world!
@@AndyManCamThanks Andy, I'm really looking forward to it!
amazing scenery & drone footage, inter bike banter is hilarious & local rozzers a bit baffled. what a vid.
Cheers David. The coppa was pretty baffled about the whole thing! But credit to him, he was decent about the whole thing. Maybe speaking a bit of one of the local lingos helped a little!!
This is most definitely the best video of the passes I've ever seen! How this has not gotten more views, I do not understand.
My mate and I drove from Munich in a rental M140i to the Alps, just to string these passes together. Lovely summer day. Managed to follow a gorgeous Jaguar E-type down the Furka pass, and it the driver turned out to be a crewmember for Goldfinger reminiscing his Bond shoot! Drove to Stuttgart when we were done.
No regrets! Cheers from Malaysia.
Thank you VERY much indeed! The video is still new, maybe views will come later! 😬 It’s a truly stunning corner of the world and one which I’ll never need much excuse to visit again!
Fantastic video Andy. Some seriously amazing scenery. Just booked my 8 day trip to the alps for next August with a group of friends, cannot wait!
Cheers mate! I can fully imagine! I currently have no trips planned yet and i feel empty inside!
very professional with the drone shots and music, love it 😀
Thanks very much Jen!!
We had pretty much the same idea when we were on our way to Bormio. We rode into the area via the Grimsel in clouds and rain.....the following day we were blessed with weather like you had so, we rode back up and down the Grimsel, then added the Furka, the Susten, the Grimsel (again!) the Nufenen, the Gottard and finally, the Furka in reverse. Fortunately we were busy enjoying ourselves with the views as well as the roads, never bothered by the local revenue collectors, sorry, constabulary. Lunch was in Andermatt before taking on the Susten and, all in all, was a cracking way to spend the day riding Swiss passes. Looking forward to more of the same, RSMF. (the man with a tan at Rykas)
That’s one incredible thing about the alps isn’t it? One day the weather can be awful, the next it can feel like there has never been a single day of bad weather in the entire area! Astonishingly amazing area to ride in. I’ll be back asap!!
This series is truly a work of art.
Thank you kindly Paul. Hours and hours of beautiful footage really helps! Thankfully there’s still shed loads left to come!!
Awesome mate, just brilliant 🙇♂️👏👍
Thanks very much Bruce. 😊
Great commentary great views great banter great bit of drone footage and a bloody good bit of editing mate 🎬 well done 👍👍 Thanks for sharing 👍👍👍
Cheers very much Pete. This one was a bit of a monster edit, so means a lot to hear that the effort shows through! Thanks for watching mate!
A really brilliant put together Video bud, loved that from one end to the other, like the pick of music for it too, looked like a fantastic day out and great weather too 👍
Thanks very much Gaz. Lot of sweat and tears poured into this one, so glad to hear it worked out! The day couldn’t possibly have been any better mate. Amazing!
Brilliant, living life. AMC, it’s all very good.🏍👍😃
Cheers much Russell! Shame ‘life’ has to hit the pause button for winter though!!
Andy, not so in the land of Oz! Winter here is really quite mild to what you guys experience & really, generally a better option than in the middle of our hot summers when our time is better spent at the 🏖 beach.
Just Awsome roads Great video 👍
Easily some of the best out there! Thanks very much Robbo.
Excellent this I’ve enjoyed it so much....
Thank you again PJ. That was an utterly astonishing day of riding! Biker heaven!
Great video. One of the best of riding alps. Done the same passes this year's september. They are amazing...
Thanks very much!! Kind of you to say so. They really are amazing. I cant wait to get back there again already!!
@@AndyManCam Are there more videos to be uploaded from alps? It is a pleasure to watch them. Im going to switch to your Croatian tour now. Im from Pula, Croatia btw, so im curious where you went and wich roads ;)
Yes absolutely! I was riding for 7 days in total and so far we’re up to day 4! Croatia was absolutely amazing! Don’t want to spoil the videos for you, but I enjoyed it VERY much!! 😍
nice vid matt, the buses in Furka are the buzz killers, you have to ride slow and wait and wait......haha. i was there too in agust and in june.
Cheers GD. Yeah the buses were a real pain!
Great series. love your cinematic production/editing. Those passes are just amazing, but you’d have to wait a couple of hours for me to catch up and not just a few mins for SmokeyBarr to get past that bus.
Thanks Laird. Cheers for watching through the whole set! I think that is actually the only regret from the trip. We didn't stop nearly enough! But then with only 4 days, the pressure was on too see as much as possible. Next time...
Referring to your speed definitely wasn’t meant as criticism. More a compliment of your riding skills. You got a lot out if just 4 days and even fewer if counting only the dry days to really have a blast. Looking forward to the next series.
Another thing. How did you manage to get the mic set up with such clear audio. Clearest I’ve heard from anyone. Mine still sounds really bad after many attempts to make it better. Very much a work in progress for me.
Haha! No worries and thanks again! No idea yet where the next series will be taking place. The sound is a mix of luck and experimentation. Sadly it seems that the biggest factors are the helmet and the mic. My lid is pretty quiet, plus there’s more space in the chin area than a normal helmet for a ‚roomier‘ sound. Then my mic is just sensitive enough to get good sound but doesn’t distort when it gets loud. Other than that luck, i played with different positions and orientations of the mic. I have mine in the front of the cheekpad, pointing upwards towards the eyeball hole.
I have to agree, awesome places. There some of my favorite passes to ride too. Can't get enough of riding them. Unfortunately this passes are mostly the latest that open in spring and the first that got closed when winter knocks at the door. And in vacations season they are overcrowded.
That’s a real shame. Both about the weather and the crowdedness. There must be a magical but short window at the beginning and the end when they’ve just opened/just about to close but the tourists arent there anymore?
Andy Man Cam Indeed there is a time frame from opening the passes until start of tourist season where you‘re nearly alone when riding during the week. That‘s the time I did my videos 😏
I guess it’s the 1st time for you that it wasn’t raining when riding these passes, I guess. 😃
Was out there myself in august with a mate, just a normal weekend trip from where we live! Great riding out there!
Awesome! Lucky bugger, being able to get down there in a weekend!!
That was a stonking video Andy! Looked like an immense amount of fun! The bike sounds really cool too. That new pipe is doing the job! Well done sir! 😁
Thanks Christopher! It was at least 50% more enjoyable than it looked! Can’t believe that it was already 3 months ago! The exhaust really seemed to find it’s voice on this tour! I thoroughly enjoyed revving it out each and every time! Bwwaaaaarrrrp!
Great. I will also look at the others. 👌👍🖐
Thanks! Have fun!
Looks absolutely Bostin! From team Keep it Upright! 👍🏻😂🏍
Cheers very much KIU!
very nice video, great cut, awesome drone footage
Thanks very much Juergen! I really enjoy messing with the drone footage. It just looks so cool!!
I've watched thus one about 4 times love it 👍👍👍🏍🏍🏍
Cheers Darren! I still think that this was probably the best days riding of my life. Glad it shines through on the video!
@@AndyManCam we're allowed out now but not on public transport, although I wouldn't fancy having to use it at min.
Buses in London were packed yesterday seems nuts !
Is it starting to get busier over there easing businesses back open?
Vewy vewy niice 👍 There's a thin white layer here at the moment. So this was a nice escape. Din i say nice? Nice 😁
Cheers very much. Snow already! Nooooo! It’s quickly getting too cold and dark to ride here too. Rrrrrrubbish!!
STUNNING ! Did all of these passes in sept 2019 after watching this video, and oh mate it looks stunning on your vid but in the flesh I was blown away ! AND we ( my mrs came too ) did it on the way back from Austria( boom boom !) and the Grossglockner, after which we thought nothing would equal that, how wrong we were ! well that was on my zzr1400, I'm going back on my GSA1250 TE quad Black when this lockdown is over ! great vid Andy man and its passing the time looking through your ones I missed too ! cheers bud ! keep safe !
Thanks very much Andy! I'm not at all surprised that you had that reaction mate. They look great on video, but in real life panorama... WOW! Interesting that you say that about the Grossglockner. I've not been there yet and it's on my list. I was hoping it would be as spectacular as the swiss Alps. I guess I'll still have to see for myself!!
Amazing. Again.. well done sir.
Thanks very much! Cheers for watching!
Brilliant, just brilliant, all of it!
Thanks BigDog. You just can’t go wrong down there. 🏔
Gorge..us! Great vid mate. You're living a bikers dream...RSM8
😄 Cheers Kev. I was, but sadly had to wake up for winter!!
Did them this year again, then down to Como. The Realp side of the Furka is something else! It’s a lot quieter in June though. 👍🏴
I did the same thing a couple of years ago. Natural beauty overload eh?!
Amazing, beautiful & funny. The video is pretty good too.
Oh you. 😊
I'm doing the exact same roads in July next year along with the B500, Stelvio and as many other mountain passes that I can find.
Even though I’ve just been, I’m insanely jealous!! You’ll be taking in easily some of the best riding the planet has to offer!
By far the best video yet by AMC 😁👍
Thanks Pie Man. But hopefully not the best one ever! 😉
Did you check out the little sixties church opposite the Grimsel hotel at the lake. If you like a bit of modernist architecture it’s an interesting building. The Grimsel/Susten/Furka trip should be a ‘must do’ for every motorcyclist.
I totally agree Steve. Its such an amazing, fairytale place. Hard to really convey how amazing it is without really going there. Should be at least top 3 on everybody’s list!
I don't think this place exists... you created it in virtual reality... it's just too.. too stunning!
Hahaha! You’d certainly be forgiven for thinking that. It’s even more unbelievable when you see it with your own eyes. Just immensely infeasible beauty. Love it!
It does exist and it is a motorcycle paradise here! From my house, I got about three hours to hit these three passes.
Epic ride guys !!!!
Thanks very much Marcin. It was quite a LOT of fun!!
Beautiful !!
I can only agree with you Jonathan! It was heaven on earth!
Stunning, cinematic, and a great watch. As someone with a tiny bike related RUclips channel myself it is what I would aspire to make....... if I had the talent. Cheers.
Thanks mate. Practise males perfect, I promise!
Another excellent video from the motovlogging by-word for consistent high quality. Keep them coming mate!
Very kind of you to say so, cheers mate! I’ll do my very best!
Absolutely awesome mate, cracking editing too. I need to get back to Swiss ASAP
Thanks mate! You and me both. I don’t think it’s possible to get bored of that place!
Man those are some beautiful mountains. Looked like a been better ride.
Ride safe keep braapppin!
Truly some of the most beautiful scenery i have ever seen. I love it down there!!
Quality, those roads and views look amazing. Bike sounds awesome too #TEAMPLAYER
The were tremendous. But #SpoilerAlert the best is yet to come!! The Cobra pipe was a great choice. Really happy with that bwarrrp!!
Great footage. I'm planning on passing through there in early May 2019 on my way to mid Italy. Probably won't have to worry so much about speeding fines on my CBR250. I just hope the high passes will be open by then.
Thanks Keith. The limit is 80km/h so i think you’ll manage to dabble with the dark side just fine! Sounds like a fabulous trip though. Fingers crossed that the snow melts for you mate. 🤞🏻
I don’t think I’d be “making progress” there, I’d just be pootling along staring open mouthed at the scenery!
You can take the biker out of London... I managed to see most of it too though! Plus we were back and forth a bit so I got to really soak it all in over the several days we were there. 😁
Great riding and pictures I Andy just as I don’t know what to do , I am thinking of putting a centre stand on my versys and putting a lowering kit on as well what do you think .
Thanks very much John. It’s hard not to get good pictures down there. It’s stunning in all directions!
Germany Police can be scary and nice at the same time! I miss Germany! I was stationed (Military) in Berlin and Munich from 1983-1987. I rode a Honda CBX 1000!
But these were Swiss police! Slightly more friendly but considerably more expensive!! 😜
Great video. Will be doing those and more hopefully in June 19 travelling through Black Forest on way so this series have been spot on. Is that the evo daypack tank bag? Did the tank bag live up to expectations?
Thanks Boo-Boo! It's an amazing route so I'm sure you'll love the crap out of it, whatever the weather. It is the Evo Daypack. It was exactly as good as expected. Never got in the way, solidly mounted, waterproof cover WORKS! I did find it perhaps a little small for the amount of camera gear that I have. But if I was a 'normal' person with just spare gloves, wallet, phone and a bottle of water, then it would have been perfect! I barely knew it was there!
Awesomré video, I love the editing!
Greetings from Kiel
Vielen Dank Niklas! Moin aus Hamburg!
Watching this...again...saw it a while ago and it's so good, I felt compelled to add you to my list of Patreonees, Patreonors, whatever...
Thank you most kindly from the bottom of the oil sump of my heart! That day’s riding was by far and away one of the most incredible days riding of my life! It’ll be tough to better it!
Amazing editing andy well done.will have to get back there one day, but will be going back to corsica next year it was just to good there.
Cheeers Steve. I’ve heard very good things about Corsica. Do you rent a bike down there?
@@AndyManCam It was me that spoke to you at rikers about corsica we rode there and got the ferry from toulon to the island its just amazing for bikes you can ride all day with one great road that leads to one more great road just non stop all day. did four days there and still did not see it all the top part of the island is the best part.and the ferrys are so cheap.definitely going back next year.
Ah of corse! (Bad joke) sorry mate! That would be a monster of an escapade for me. Bit friggin awesome too!
@@AndyManCam 2500 miles in 7 days not so bad and you are closer to the island than me
Yeah true. Not so bad! And with Harz, black forest and the alps in between, not an awful route to take either!
Liked that was there last year recognised quite a lot apart from plod, stunning scenery bikes Sorned for winter 😠 so sad,
That is sad. The seasons are always too short eh?!
What was the name of the little village where you boys stayed? Perfect location within striking distance of several great passes!
It was the beautiful mountainside town of Göschenen. Highly recommended.
Great video amc
Thanks very much Richard! ☺️
Absolutely F A N T A S T I C
Thank you most sincerely Gordon. Cheers!
Really good videos! I quite enjoy them. Only observation I might add is your intro... I would work on that to make it more pro. Apart from that all good, great bike setup!
Thanks David. Cheers for watching.
Will be doing the same route in 4 weeks😁
After watching BVG's 8 gerzillion euro speeding fine vid I am wary about riding in Switerland. Passes look so inviting and you video footage is so clear I'm wondering whats wrong with my washed out Sony vids - maybe the air in Ireland is like treacle compared with the Swiss Alps?!
Haha! I can understand that! But I think the best way to stay out of trouble is to stay switched on (like we always have to!) and mostly just not kick the arse out of it. If you’re gonna 100 over the limit, then naturally you’re going to attract unwanted attention, and rightly so!! We didn’t have to obliterate the limit to enjoy the ride. The best bits are so technical that unless you’re Lorenzo, you can’t even nod in the direction of breaking the law anyway! 😂 Not sure about the cameras mate. Are you using the XAVC-S setting. I do religiously now. Better to edit with better quality and render ‘down’.
think thats the better way to ride the susten the first way you get to see the scales of mountains better that way i did susten the other way the nufenen was my favorite off passes i did. it amazes me how the landscapes of each pass is all different considering there close proximity
So true Simon. They all have their distinct ‘characters’, despite being shoulder to shoulder with each other. Really glad we got to do Susten in both directions and i can totally understand why Nufenen would be your favourite. It would probably be mine, if it weren’t for the pass we did on the next day.....
Did the rozza's suspect you were trying to smuggle some Bratwurst into their Alps via the back passage?
Either that or they have a radar that has an uncanny knack for finding British motovloggers.
Awesome video!! Going there myself next year, so it’s a great training video! Is that a gimbal you have on the front looking back at you?
Regards Paul
I’m jealous Paul, you’ll have a truly amazing time (if you watch out for the rozzers!). The front camera is a Garmin VIRB 360. The footage gets stabilised in software when it’s downloaded to the computer. Sadly, as you can see at several points, it didn’t actually work!
Well in chaps.....Well in!
Cheers bruv.
Cracking footage Mr AMC. It must have been a few stressful moments for you having your pedigree questioned your wallet felt by the Swiss police ;@)
Cheers Alex. Yeah that was a real heart in mouth moment! Not sure if speaking german helped or further confused! Luckily all was in order and we were allowed to carry on. Despite my horribly loud pipe! 😬
I must admit your footage is excellent & the commentary isn’t too shabby either.😁
Absolutely stunning roads but not enough twists & switch-backs in my opinion & can you find some roads that have a bit of scenery next time.😂😂🤭🏍🏍🏍🏍🏍👍
I only stumbled across your channel the other day looking for tyre reviews & now you’ve made me subscribe.🤷🏻♂️🤪
Very happy to have you aboard Si! I agree, the ride here could have been a little bit more varied and interesting! 😉
I spent 10 days going down from Denmark to the Pyrenees an back up again, passing through this beautiful area. Still miss the Grimsell though.
But tell me please on the gadget front, how do you get your intercom on the video?
I assume you use a external mic. from your camera, but how about your conversation??
Again, brilliant editing and music, I can’t be standard GoPro or Garmin software you use??
That sounds like an incredible trip Kent! The audio for the conversations is both more complicated and also simpler than you’d expect. I just used the audio from Smokey Barrs helmet camera! This of course relies on us both having our cameras turned on during any conversation. I have thought about hooking up a mic to pick up the intercom sound, but just haven’t gotten round to it yet. Up until last week I’ve been using Vegas Movie Studio Platinum for all of my editing. Although very capable, it’s also not crazy expensive. But then i managed to get a great upgrade deal for Vegas Pro 16. So I’ve taken a step up in the software world. Hopefully this will at least not make my videos worse!! 🤩
awesome videos what town did you stay in?
Thanks Alex! We stayed in Göschenen.
Traffic and extremely dedicated revenue police, as backed up by other vloggers, so perhaps not. However, usual excellent vlog. 👍
Thanks Michael. We saw the local law a fair few times talking to bikers. Lots of ‘controls’ going on!
Ah my home roads!
You lucky lucky sod! What I wouldn’t give to live with those mountains in my back yard!
Ive always wanted an FZ1N but they are rare over here in Bulgaria[ land of the chopper / hogg]...... how did it perform on the blast!!! ?????????
It performed very well! Plenty of power for overtakes, agile enough to through in and out of the bends and comfortable enough for the longer days. The throttle response was a bit snatchy for some of the hairpins though which made for some sketchy corner exits and some far too late acceleration. Also the gearing is wrong for mountain riding, For Germany with it's long and fast sweeping bends, it's perfect. But in the hairpins, I was always in first gear going through the tighter bends which exaggerated the snatchy throttle. I think I'll be changing the gearing before the next trip so that it suits the twisty stuff better.
1984 - stayed in Göschenen Youth Hostel and the following day, cycled over the Susten.
That's "cycled" not "motorcycled"!
That’s impressive! My hat is off to you. I was almost out of breath doing it on a motorbike!
@@AndyManCam, the day before, I had arrived in Göschenen from Chur via the Oberalp Pass. A few days later, I exited the alps to the north via the Brünig Pass. I was a bit younger 35 years ago.
To have EVER done that will always be an impressive feat!
@@AndyManCam, thanks man - makes me feel young again.
Respect where it’s due mate!
Your best video so far to my eyes at least. Obviously completely flummoxed the local constabulary.... so you're English, but you speak German, and you have a German number plate, you live in Hamburg, and you are here in Switzerland??? Best just bugger off and take your English mate with you..... great drone footage by the way!
Thanks very much Paul! He certainly did seem a little wrongfooted when he saw my passport! 🤣
Just WAUW 🙏👍
Just THANKS!! ☺️☺️
Was worried there for a sec when the Swiss Rozzers pulled you over. BVG had a very unpleasant run in with them on his trip to Switzerland with the MV Augusta. If I recall they popped him on a speed camera on Girmsel for something like 30km/h over and he ended up having to pay a several thousand Euro fine and lost his Swiss driving/riding privileges for a few months.
Haha! 30!? He was doing 3 less than the speed that would have resulted in jail time and an impounded bike! TBH I’m not overly surprised by his fine. At nearly 100 over the limit I’d almost expect to get shot! 😂😂
Great job! but what was the hotel name ? and the date you traveled
Cheers Rob. We were there for the last week in August. The apartment was called Haus Steiner on Booking.com.
Thanks Andy for the info ;)
