Magnificent Andy, best touring vid I've seen in ages. I've ridden all those roads but when you're concentrating on the grey stuff you never fully appreciate your surroundings. It's the hope of a day like that that keeps us all riding! What a tour!

Epic video my friend. Really enjoyed it, and now looking at sailing timetables and hotels en route. Thank you for putting this together and for sharing.
WOW Andy this is reason i love yours and Sean (The Likable Riders) vids its all about the ride and as a rider the soundtrack of our lives, the wind, the up and down shifts, the traffic and those unbelievable views. Im yet to experience Tasmania and hoping if its half as good as those views i,ll be a happy man. Cheers and keep up the awesome work Glenn.

Thank you so much for this Andy. What a beautiful ride you had. For hubby it brought back memories of his pre Covid trip there on his BMW. He was planning on going back, then bam we were in a pandemic. We also went up by car a few years prior to that. I got car sick going up to glacier car park with all the twisties and had to drive back down, which was fun. So, we've relived our experiences through you. Thanks.
love the Grossglockner, can't wait to go back, but you missed the bikers nest ! great vid Andy, the footage is so clear ! Grossglockner is my favourite pass.
AWESOME … and slick editing. It would be interesting to do a ‚Day in the life of a vlogger‘ video, to better appreciate just how much work is involved. Like, How do you synchronize the different cameras, how often do you stop to fiddle around with the equipment, do you script the video beforehand etc
Thanks Richard! You'Re probably right! It would certainly put things into perspective a bit! This video in particular was an epic slog to get to the final edit! Only problem is that I'd need a seperate film crew to film me faffing with the filming! Otherwise the faff level would be exponentially increased!! 😜

Beautifully shot post thank you; a couple of questions if you don't mind, do you run your 360 camera attached to your backpack and what make? & how do they keep the roads so clean after snow, in comparison to the UK, with its corrosive rock salt?
Thanks very much Digger. I had the camera mounted sometimes on the handlebars, sometimes on the selfie stick which was attached to my backpack. The camera is an insta360 One X2 there’s a link in the description. 👍🏻 I think they physically clear the snow every year and clean the road at the same time. I reckon that’s a large part of where the toll money goes.

Absolutely amazing and spectacular views you can only experience on two wheels! Tks for the upload. How far did you have to travel to get to your hotel from your house? My only concern in this situation is the spots of water running across the road as in conditions like this I have found ice on occasion which isn't fun to say the least lol. I imagine this could be the ultimate technical run in the hotter months with sticky tire conditions and perhaps less line of sight due to foliage growth.
Thanks ES! I totally agree, this was one of the highlights of my biking life. My hotel was quite a long way away, because i was on the way home. You can find nearer hotels in www.moho.info though. Some of the ice water streams were a little bit slippery! Just had to keep my wits about me. The only real downside of later in the year would be considerably more traffic. Though due to the unprecedented global situation, there was a Lot less traffic than i think there had ever been at this time of year!

Thanks Hugo! I went over and back three times in total. It was hell! 😜 i had the one 360 camera and 2 gopros. I can understand the fear of losing the camera! I have a tether on the selfie stick to try and avoid that!
I appreciate the time it must take to stitch all this together. Epic-ness captured magnificently.

The only real downside of later in the year would be considerably more traffic. Though due to the unprecedented global situation, there was a Lot less traffic than i think there had ever been at this time of year!
Another brilliant vlog love it
Cheers Martin! Hard not to win with those views and them curves! 😍
that bike has such a nice snarl when you roll the throttle on!
It does. Thankfully the replacement of the replacement has an even more addictive sound. Hoping to make it sing in the mountains real soon.
Following you here has made me do a bucket list over places i need to visit i Europe for sure.. the trusty old ZZR 600 is going on some more roadtrips :D
Well this pass will make the ZZR very happy! Enjoy the planning!
Unbelievable. Good work .
Thanks very much Paul. Cheers for coming along!
Hi Andy! Very nice content and I really like how you manage the cut out's of the videos. One question, what mirrors are you using?
Many thanks Stefan! The mirrors are Hashiru Bar end mirrors, that I bought from www.polo-motorrad.com
@@AndyManCam thank you! I really like how they look and the size of them. I would plan to fit them on a cb605r, I am pretty sure they are similar from a fitting point of view.
I would think so Stefan. It wouldn’t surprise me if the bars were identical.
Looks like you caught an excellent day for the Großglockner! Very little traffic in deed.
The planets really did align beautifully for me! Incredibly lucky throughout the whole trip!
Great video Andy, love the grossglockner myself
That’s two of us mate! Can’t wait to get back there!!
Great content ! I can imagine how long it takes to create this videos.
How many up and down of the pass did you do with how many camera ? I see that you changed quiet often the position of the insta360 one x2 ? I'm hesitating to use the stick behind me. I'm afraid of losing it 😅
Thanks Hugo! I went over and back three times in total. It was hell! 😜 i had the one 360 camera and 2 gopros. I can understand the fear of losing the camera! I have a tether on the selfie stick to try and avoid that!
