    The second 3 header should start a slightly bigger piping..all 6 of those cylinders are fighting to make it threw a single 2 Inch pipe.. I would use a taper from 2in to at least 2 1/4in pipe right at the second header.. and would prefer a 2.5 to 3inch, if it would fit...and continue that 2.5 or 3 inch to the turbo manifold...if you can do that I will buy one for my n54.. 🤔 🤷‍♂️. My 2 cents!

      Another part that will hurt flow is how the second 3 merge into the first 3. Having a "T" doesnt allow for smoother flow, it should have a curved pipe merging into it aiming the flow towards the turbo flange. Having a "log" manifold hurt top end and creates loads more heat over a partial tubular manifold but best is full equal length tubular. The wasgate pipe needs to be at an angle that allows the exhaust to be pushed into it over it trying to find its way to the wastegate. A 90 degree is ok but a lower degree allows for better boost control

    Not trying to hate but just by the eye ball those two exhaust manifolds DO NOT line up! The hole for the exhaust stud on the front exhaust manifold appears to be lower than the rear slightly. Other than that I love the thinking out of the box approach! Nice work

      Appreciate it brother i never had an issue with the manifolds bolting up to the engine🙏🏽 and i have new fixtures i made now that are 100% fit from cnc🙏🏽

    Good job mabye add a fl3x pipe and a small v band I. ThE middle so its 2 pieces ea8se t9 i stall rem9ve and repair the car with a two pi3ce manifold is also a good selling point.

      Appreciate the tip brother but the manifold isnt blocking anything major that you would have to remove in order to repair anything so no need🙏🏽also flex pipes are a failure point aswell on something like this for exhaust yes but for manifolds it will cause too much stress on the oem manifolds

    Dont use the stock manifold you will create too much back pressure usually blowing out cylinder 6 just fyi

      @@frenchifab8663 since piping is for two little twins handling a single turbo is gonna put so much back pressure blowing up your engine I made my own manifold once from the stock one and blew up my n54

      its better to buy an aftermarket manifold by itself then mess with it if needed.

      I drill my manifolds open bro its all taken care of already to relieve the back pressure stock manifolds have a hole about 1” for stock turbos mine are drilled alot bigger and 2” pipe also your tuner should be able to see any issues while tuning my tuner cd919 said car did great on my v1 manifold and makde 568 on e60 with slipping trans

      @@frenchifab8663 I usually tuned everything myself. My brother is a bmw tech and he even said just dont mess with them but dunno if he knew about your method or not.
