no if he takes rook there is nothing to do with pawns for example if he takes rook, king takes rook and you cant move b5 pawn to b8 because king can reach b8 square in third move.
Black won the game here. The white made a mistake backing the king to be killed by the rook.It was touched move. Once you release your hand on the piece you move, no more going back and remove that same piece.
It is a blitz game right. If any one made an illegal move that player is done..Try it and play in a blitz tournament and do that illegal move and see for yourself.

I think these players have strategy based on pawn promotions, most of the time they like to remove powers and play till the end. Quite interesting to push to that level, good game.

Black doing blunders again and again
Le LA Chess Club: Golan endgame defence is legendary.
its blitz, you dont have much time to think
The only legendary thing in this game is how many blunders black can make in the endgame...
He had a chance to kill the king
Luv Golan's expression when he is tensed or cant remeber any move😂👍
Komodo's horrible technique is the only thing legendary here. Regardless, props to Golan for a tenacious defense.
I agree, but they played as beginners, i think.

I love the kid’s expressions 🤣😂 and opponent was so patiently generous @ 7:35 🤣
✌️😂
Yes
Lmao the game was intense and the kid was relieved when the game was over lol
Black can't be serious how he didnt win this game ?
he did, he just gave the kid an opportunity in middle game. the kid was.check mate, however, the other player let him rewind his move
@@juanhurtado5236 he wasn't checkmate...he let him rewind the move coz the boy mistakenly put him own king in check which isn't allowed

True
dude, my brain exploded after watching the thumbnail. until i realise, in the video, the pieces ARE ON THE WRONG SIDE
Golan drumming his head for ideas was funny to watch also playing with his lips 😀
7:16 Rook take rook. Black should win this game.

Honestly, his endgame defense wasn't even legendary. The other guy just sucked at endgames and screwed the position. He should have one.
Come ON. The kid is EIGHT! :)

Rohit Pisipati right!!

He could've eaten the bishop with the pawn instead of the queen.

Both the players played well . We can suggest them some moves but they could be in pressure at the time of game so they didn't perform good moves.....

agree, but we need to correct the wrong statements for others to learn the correct rules of the game..

Trading rooks gives black an easy win.
Yes not trading rooks was a blunder. The pawn was in a great position to be a queen.
1:37 the knight on E7 was stupid idea, he just needed to put the pawn on C5 and he will have a good defence!
Bro u can tell easily & calmly watch the video u can tell . But the 2 guys know what is the pressure .😅
To everyone saying that trading rooks at 7:17 is a win for black, the king can arrive to stop the pawn from promoting.
Wow.Little boy is good.👍
He's 10, his name is Golan, he normally trash talks with Mike, but he was very silent here, no talking at all, just pure concentration.
@@winddancer4776 I see, that's why he was silent then, with Mike, he has a-lot of fun, so does he do both chess clubs?

Apparently, they dont know either. Or i mean for his age he was playing ok for a 3/2 game.
They put the pieces on the wrong side of the board
When there are both left handed and right handed can’t you move the timer on the other side ? 🤔
Whoa broo , what an observation.
in championship the clock is turned to the judge
Me at 8 years old : Play with superheros toys
Golan :
Who says he doesn't do that too? Chess players don't act like chess players 24/7.
The rules of blitz is that people could take peoples king,so basically the kid already lost
No it isn't they just have less time idiot
2:44 black can win the knight on e4, after Nxf4, exf4 black plays d5.
gxf4
7:58 wasn't black Rf3+ move was clearly winning???
7:59 Komodo could’ve won by moving the rook to C 4 and the king will have to go backwards either way and he could trap him easily
White just moves the rook along the 3rd rank so the king doesn‘t have to move no?
That's what I was saying.
if left king vs king whos gonna win???
No one
