You actually can, If you accept a bunch of dollar general orders. Accept them. Then choose to unassign and select the reason " I don't want to go to this store " if you do this so many times you'll blacklist the store from popping up.
I have been binge watching/listening to your videos. Just found your channel and have been dashing for 3 years full time. I can't say thank you enough. I was getting bitter and frustrated. By your example of gratitude, positivity and your obvious love for people has helped reset me. By focusing on gratitude instead of what I don't like has helped in every way. 💞
Matt... do you realize the hornets nest you are kicking when you put yourself in that situation ?.... go ahead and walk back into a restaurant that you pick up from frequentlu and accuse them of not making the food correctly... the next time you walk in there, your order will sit on the counter for 20 minutes before they give it to you.. not to mention wasting your own time/dime on a issue that isn't yours to correct or make right.......
@@core8935 I can see your point if you go in and start yelling, screaming & cursing, but that did not happen here. Chuck explained the customers concerns with the merchant calmly and in a professional manner then received the same type response. Most good merchants appreciate this feedback so they can improve the customer experience. I sensed no hostility towards Chuck.

I hate Dollar General orders as well-- here in my zone, we have about 3 different Dollar Generals that I get sent to on my DoorDash app. All three of them; I'll start shopping for the order and the internet is so bad that I cannot scan the order; it loads forever and many times I have to leave my basket somewhere and go outside until I get a connection to complete the order. Because of that, 90% of the time I decline any shop orders for Dollar General. My acceptance rate is at 19%, the "high paying order" program doesn't really matter in my zone.
See that's what I've often suspected that there are some zones where there are so many orders you can cherry pick. In these small towns, where I dash, if I declined 85% of my offers, I would only make two or three deliveries per day.

Chuck… I just got a LOP order paying $32 at North Beach Pizza and it delivered 2 floors above the restaurant in the same Bldg. Took 2 minutes . You can’t make this up!

I had 5 orders in a row to the same apartment building and about five to the same street in Sugarmill. I won't talk money, but very similar to yours. I can handle this kind of crazy. Keep it up! Well I took a horrible order the other day. It was an EZ cater order which I never took before didn’t know doordash pushed these orders. I will never take it again. It only paid $8 for 7 miles and I got an extra $3 for setting it up. And when I completed the order I only got $11.00 so not worth it.

I have been taking orders to huge houses !! They only tip like $2!! I did a $6 order for 7 miles with a $2 tip the rest was DoorDash pay!! I was wth!😭
