• But her testimony in the first trial as to the underlying rape allegation had such little substance, and of the detail she was able to provide was replete with problems and just didn't seem at all credible. Of course, the jury didn't believe her.
• Some of the background information about her is very discrediting. It makes her look literally sex-crazed, as well as a psychologically unbalanced, detached from reality. And, she comes across as a prevaricater. She certainly doesn't present as a credible figure.
