Please LIKE and SUBSCRIBE and let me know where you're watching! I'm trying to grow this channel and shed a light on something that's often forgotten and extremely dangerous!
Please check out my website for my Quick Connect Periscope! It's the PERFECT product that replaces the flex hose connection and GETS THE MACHINE CLOSER TO THE WALL! Safer than ANY flex hose behind your dryer! No more fooling with connecting the dryer to the duct! No more lint leakage forcing you to dust constantly!

Cleaning your dryer vent should be on your "to do" list regardless of if you own or rent your home! ESPECIALLY if your vent is run in a tight crawl space.

Thank ya ma'am! I appreciate you watching and commenting!
The clean freak in me gets so much satisfaction from your videos.
LOL, glad I can help! I appreciate you watching AND for commenting!!!
Me too... I keep a small bagged vacuum that stays in my laundry room strictly for keeping the laundry room clean from dryer lint... It takes me forever to fill a bag tho
Another vent cleaned and another fire hazard eliminated! Keep up the good work.
Thank ya ma'am! I like to think so!!!
Another great video! Happy Memorial Day to all!
Happy Memorial Day to you Chad!
Happy memorial weekend
Same to you my friend!❤
Great explanation, Steve!
Just subbed! I own a dryer vent company a well! Great video Steve!
Awesome! Let's get together sometime!
Just subbed! I own a dryer vent company as well so looking forward to learning some new techniques! Great video!
❤
@@FinanceWsInChat HAHAHAHAHA! And you're watching EVERY one of my videos! Therefore, keep it up and I appreciate your support!!!!
It is so important to keep the dryer vent clean and the inside of the machine can be taken apart and cleaned. The other thing I would mention is the use of dryer sheets. Not only are they toxic but put a waxy type substance on the clothing and resulting lint. Just don't use those as they are unnecessary, toxic and stink up the clothing. Use wool dryer balls. Use vinegar in the rinse cycle. That is what a crawl space should look like, keeps the dampness and other things out.
SAY THAT LOUDER FOR THOSE IN THE BACK, lol! I appreciate ya!
Good morning
Good morning to you!!!❤
I really like this guy’s videos. Very informative and thorough. I am stoked to do my vent clean out!😊
That's awesome! Thx for watching a good luck! YOU GOT THIS!
Why do they make something so simple so complicated?
You got me..... LOL
NICE!
👍👍👍👍
I'm from alberta ,canada. Love the the service you do
I guess not everyone can be an electrician. Or properly connect some wires. Keep the air flowing Steve...
LOL, thx for watching!
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
After watching your videos I am so grateful my dryer sits against an exterior wall.
Yeah that’s ideal!! Never really risking a fire, as I assume you clean it often.
That's the way is used to be and should be the case now however we started putting "pretty" ahead of functionality and it's hurting homeowners in the end... I appreciate you watching as well as commenting!
@@dock_yard1149 ABSOLUTELY!!!
Wow! Do we know if it was Moe, Larry, or Curly who connected the terminals to the dryer? 😁
HAHA!
HAHAHAHA! Hercules in da house, LOL
WOW!
Thx Balo!
Great explanation!
NEVER use a gas blower to purge a vent. That could blow the entire vent out of the house and into the neighbor's yard! 😁
Plus foul the nice air inside the house with CO, but we all know that.
Or maybe you meant blowing from outside-in? But that can blow the fine lint particles all over the laundry room.
@@dock_yard1149 my comment was dripping with levity. 😁😁
HAHAHAHA! Plus the gas fumes kinda linger in your throat, lol
Beautiful job 👏
Thank ya!!! ❤
What type Brand of duct cleaning brush and attachment for the drill do you use ? I have used the sticks and they tend to get stuck I live in Texas thank you enjoy your videos.
I have the same question!
Id like to know more about the equipment you use. Especially the hosing for your brush. I have been attaching each section at a time in AND out. Takes forever
Great job! What do you use if it’s not a metal tube coming out
Only thing you can do is replace all duct with the proper, 4" metal duct! Thx for watching!
Hey Steve I’m curious if you could do an equipment review video? May I ask what company makes the vent brushes you use?
Nicest crawl space ever!
My laundry area backs right up against the basement staircase. So the last bit of vent line is a flexi that comes UP thru a hole in the floor. Are there any adapters that make a better connection between vertical hole in dryer to horizontal hole in floor?
If you can send me a picture of your setup, I'll absolutely give you any advice I have!!! You can email me at: advsLLC@gmail.com and I'll help however possible!
I was wondering, why do you not check the lint trap in the process of doing the dryer duct work checks? I'm adamant on keeping mine clean but wonder if that is part of the issue besides the dryer pipe itself being stuck with lint.
I always do however I never thought of putting it in the video... Thanks for the suggestion and I'll absolutely start showing that aspect too!
Thank you for replying. Love your videos.
