  • Check it out as I chop my 1988 Harley Davidson Sportster in half. This is video 12 of my Chopper Build Series. I am by no means a professional and have never done this in the past. I hope that you find this video insightful and get a glimpse into what its like to cut a sportster in half in case you are thinking about building a chopper of your own. The ‪@tcbroschoppers‬ instructions are as clear as can be and so far its been a piece of cake, consider subscribing if you want to follow along and thanks for watching.

I think you did a great job. I’ve been cutting up frames for 30 years. Take your time and have it welded up right n safe, and you’ll be good to go. Smitty.

Not a bad plan! I was thinking about going that route but didn’t have a fresh wheel, lots of lessons learned! Thanks for watching!

Convinced me to use a cutoff wheel. Don’t think I would trust myself with a sawzall haha

I was planning to use a cut off wheel at first but didnt have a fresh one so I didnt want to risk only getting halfway through… also the sparks ha! Learned lots from this experience, thanks for watching.

Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Find someone who’s actually a welder and get it done properly and safely. You make nice videos!
