- The Rubicon 392 is the highest performance Wrangler Jeep has ever produced. On the outside there is a triple-hoop steel bumper, hood scoop, bead-lock wheels, rock sliders and quad-tipped exhaust. On the inside you will be greeted by a special interior, 8.4in infotainment system and onboard air compressor. Under the hood is a 6.4L Hemi V8 that churns out 470HP. Most people don’t really care about cooled seats in this thing. It’s not a luxury vehicle, if you want a luxury Jeep you get a Grand Cherokee or Wagoneer, people buy this for its style, it’s capability and most importantly the engine. No other car in this segment has a V8, yes the Defender and the G Wagon do, but those are astronomically expensive, way over 100k. At least the very best 392 Wrangler is still under 100k MSRP.

I just ordered a Sarge Green 392 on Friday afternoon. Won't be a 20th Anniversary model because it will be a '24, but it will otherwise be identical to this one, less the power top (didn't want that). Thank you SO MUCH for doing this video. I've been torn about the color for the weekend and was wondering if I made the right choice. Not that I see this, I know I did.
BTW, I am from Clearwater Florida, now living in Tulsa for the past 10 years. I have been watching your vids for the past couple of years and they are always awesome! Here in Tulsa, our roads could have a contest with those in Michigan for pot holes! This is gonna be FUN!

I was at Jeep Beach in Daytona last month and these vehicles are definitely cult status! A long way from my little 87 Wrangler and it needs the horsepower with how much weight they've gained. Impressive beastie and awesome review Steven and Joe!!!

I love mine. The power and sound this 392 offers is way too much fun to drive in the rural area of Colorado where I live near Boulder. This truly is the Ultimate Jeep for me.

95 stacks and you have to manually open the back??? Even the Mini Cooper Clubman's back doors open one at a time, remotely. I need all black interior colors in an all-Black vehicle. No orange belts, no red seats, everything Black. Respectfully, I'm good Tom...🤙🏾

Same here. I'm on my 2nd jeep as well. I had a 2016 jeep Rubicon in white . I ended trading that in to get the jeep gladiator Rubicon. Both have been great.
Just buy a 6cylindee rip super chargers just came out with a new kit for 21-23 models so you can buy a Willy’s loaded up nice for 55k then add the super charger for 8500 all in with labor and tuner too!! You will have 410 hp at the wheels more than a 392 stock for 25k less!! It’s a no brainer and fuel economy will be 25mpg too!! Save save in insurance too

Love everything on this jeep, but when he said over 90k for this and no power seats?? I would of told the salesman to stop right there.
What a interesting color. Do you think they put the V8 in the jeep gladiator Rubicon? Also I have had the normal jeep before, it's a fantastic daily as well. On top of that it handled trails amazing when towing a trailer around the grand canyon.

@@RaitisRides that's a good point. But there is a company In Florida called south Florida jeeps that does it in fort Lauderdale by the way. Some of the jeep builds are insane as well .

Love it. The 20th Anniversary edition is a bit much. Especially given the release of the 2024. But get a 392 Jeep of some kind... while you can! They're just going to keep getting more and more expensive, especially when they stop making them soon.
I'm loving it I like the cooper with the what I would call military green it's beautiful I like the classic look of the airel I love the light shape at the back it's beautiful I keep saying it!! it's just beautiful ❤️☺️ look at the beast of an engine 😀 we didn't get to look in side 😲 I take it back were seeing inside I love the red dash board seats are gorgeous ☺️ ❤️ 👍 red seatbelts woofs 👍😀. Joe! Man, I loved this review. You were having so much fun with the Rubicon 392! That thing is a beast!! I initially thought 700+ HP SUVs were the thing, but this is waaay better! Nobody's taking their Ferrari Purosangue or Lambo Urus off road, but this bad boy is fast, looks great and is capable of going rough riding, through the water AND with the top off. This might be the king right here.
My only vehicle I will buy it one day friend.

Love the jeep. It's a bit pricey. But it is really nice for those who can afford it. Love the red leather dash. Would love to have that in mine. Very imperssed. I wish there was a Jeep Gladiator with 392 in it. Too bad they never made one. Mojave with 392 would be so cool.

Hate the back too small for adults 90 plus and not have a roomy back seat area is just not acceptable I fail to see the point just make it a 2 door and a bunch of cargo area

My wife (yes, I said wife) has a '22 392 Wrangler with the XR package, while I am forced to make do with my '21 Rubicon Gladiator and it's measly V6! I keep looking for that LOUD button in the Gladdy, but alas, it's missing! I wish they made a 392 version of the Gladdy, I'd trade for it today! Great review Joe, thank you!

Exactly. I did 3 weeks in my 2016 White jeep Rubicon out West in 2017 . It was able to get through the trails by the Grand canyon and parts of Utah with no issues. That's also with a loaded trailer as well.

i'm trying to figure out why the price is so high....it's nice on the outside, but the interior isn't the best....i get the nostalgia and everything, but i dont think it's worth the price tag...i get $70K for the engine and body, but that interior isn't worth the extra money...
