Excellent video, Tom! Great tip about keeping the fingers together, never thought of that! I have your 2" rolling handle, you must do a video on that sometime! CHEERS!
Hey guys, just a lil question. I do have one of yours like this, and i'd like to know, did you "wash" it ? Like in climbing did you use à brush to remove the magnesia ? or water ? Or do you let it like this ? In climbing if magnesia stay, it becomes more slipery, is this the same or not at all ? Thanks a lot !
Awesome advice, mate, really liked this one. Will take a look at your site, soon. 💪😎 I remember looking at IronMind and Grip Genie stuff before, but I'm based in the UK so it would make more sense to buy locally.
I add these and the clock hand grip from rogue the only thing for me is I do reps with it and my lower back starts to ache with the up and down should I lower my reps and just do heavy singles or something else?
A good option could be using a tall loading pin, that way you’re not bending down too far to lift the weight, but still able to get some good air time.
Do deadlifts and good mornings and all round back and lower back exercises, you'll strengthen your back/lower back which I suspect is the issue and when you do deadlift you'll strengthen your entire body including your hands/grip also, if you don't like traditional deadlift which puts a lot of strain on your lower back do it with a trap bar, 3 months from now you'll be so much stronger in everything.
Definitely good advice. I noticed how sloppy my grip was yesterday
