Was a great time getting to show you around the grip cave! Now I’m incentivized to get that WR on pinch block again.
You poked my eye out
You need to start posting on RUclips! You're charismatic as hell
В россии есть спортивный блоггер Виктор Блуд, силач-усач, помешанный на хвате и всём таком. Мечтаю увидеть коллаборацию двух усачей;)) Антон, разве не круто было бы это организовать?;D
Dude's mustache is EPIC!!
I've had Fat Gripz for 12 years, and I still get funny looks when I use them at the gym here in Sydney. Usually when a lift fails, it's the grip that goes first and easily. I tell Individuals here to work on their grip strength but no-one listens lol ...
People underestimate grip strength every sport with an equipment you hold with your hands directly relates sorry for bad english im korean
Nice! Good English 💪🔥
Anton, I have been watching your videos for a couple of years now and, as always, they are so much fun to watch. I really appreciate how passionate you are about your work, sports, and how you always push yourself to the max. Your awesome personality shines through in all your content, and I just wanted to thank you for that. Please keep up the great work!
Hey! Thank you for you r kind words! ☺️
It makes me feel happy to have you on board! 💪😎 appreciate your support and time spending with me!🔥 all the best your way!🥷
Opa! Shishim shekel!
@@AntonFomenko , hi sir i have youtube Channel about strength power lifting and grip strength
named ( abdullahstrongman) or you can press the the photo and watch it
The sound from that thumb break is nauseating!
Great video Anton! You've become one of my favorite creators now on RUclips. Keep up the great work!
Wow, thanks!💪😊
Gotta say, that was a gnarly thumb break Anton.
Yeah right… I was lucky didn’t fully tear tendon 😐
Definitely 4.5 on the gnarliness scale 😬
so happy i found your channel. you were always one of my favorite guests on Juji's videos.
Thank you so much 💪😎
Great video! It just keeps getting better!
Thank you! 💪🔥
Great video ! So much accurate info about grippers !
Glad it was helpful!💪😎
Quite the collection of tools!
Thanks for the inspiration!
Today I made a forearm grower out of a Torneo dumbbell with plates and a rope :D Pretty homemade version, but it works! Now I need to decide on the weight! Really good video!
Awesome video, anton. Very informative 🍻
Thanks 👍
Dude rocking that Robotnik's tache
So I've started my Grip Training again. Great video for me ATM. You guys reminded me... so I bought a gripper from Juji as soon as the video ended.
Excellent video! Thanks guys!
Good stuff!💪🔥
Love this grip stuff, so cool
Great video! Thank you!
Enjoyed these videos! Cool stuff
Glad you enjoyed!💪🔥
Yo Anton, let me preface this by saying i love your videos, i watch 'em all and - i think - like most other viewers i feel like you should be way more successfull on youtube and there is something i have noticed.
Especially compared with Magnus' Videos he often implements Camera Shots of the building he is entering or showing where he is right now if it's a different country show 5 seconds of the flight etc. And i really feel like it adds a lot to the viewing experience, ofcourse it's absolutely useless in terms of educational value but it's youtube and i think or rather i am convinced that most of the videos are watched more for the entertainment value rather than education or information.
This video especially: Would have been cool to know where you are geographically, how do you know the moustache ninja and who is he? (I only learned 50% through the video that he also is a ninja warrior), was it a long drive etc.
In short: giving the videos a bit of a vlog feel, if that makes sense.
ofcourse I personally will watch all your videos regardless, but then again i really appreciate the information given since i only got into strength sports about 2 years ago.
I'm with you, I love Anton's videos but I also watch a lot of videos not because I am actually paying attention but because I just want to enjoy something different as far is the edit and filming
Wow man i agree, i would love see shine more and more. Nice details you pinned 🌟
Lucio's basement reminds me of my childhood basement. Short ceilings, narrow walls, and wayyyyy too much stuff down there. Pure nestalgia.
13:22 This dudes forearms are bigger than his biceps! :O
Grip strength is fun. I joined a gym with all this stuff and just so happens my trainer is one of the best in the world, so I'd better learn from him. Only problem is his hands are twice as big as mine so all the geometry is different. But yeah, this is great stuff, and I love the feeling of getting a burn in the hands.
That would have been awesome if Juji and Darren could have been there with you guys, I miss those old videos
Mustache ninja? Some things need no explanation, just require our respect.
That was pretty cool! I like the pinchy lever thing in the beginning. Good stuff
Thanks!
What’s it called and where can I get it
Thank you so much, i learned a lot!
I'm so glad!💪🔥
That Stache!!
Very interesting! :)
the thumbnail is epic
damn his mustache is wild 😁
Good morning anton 😀
I just want to let you know that this video and the other video about unique grip tools has convinced me to start a similar setup in my garage. Tired of lugging stuff to the gym. Just spent $4-500 on a bunch of grip toys. If you see any hate comments pop up it’s probably my wife.
Ahah!!! Whatever makes you happy!!! 💪😊 no hate! I know she is more than happy to support you!💪😎
That stache can have its own channel.😮😂
Reminds me of Mighty Joe Musslewhite's grip museum
He got that old school dapper stache
when you hold the rolling thunder, do you hold the thing between the first crevice of your fingers, or the soft skin, that always rips on deadlifts (the pillows) sry i don't know the exact English words for the anatomy
You want the handle sit very tight to your palm. 💪
I do have a question, for thoses who have grip tools. Do you wash them ? With a brush ? Water or no ? Thanks !
Training with grippers is like training with rubber bands. Since the tension increases with range of motion it isn't measurable. I prefer straight weight.
Danke!
Danke!💪🔥
Ahh-mazing 👍grip is the 🗝️ to sports. Q: can a thumb grip a baseball so hard that it , the ball will have a temporary dent indentation? Upon release of the pitcher s ball to the batter Thx
Thanks
Appreciate you 💪🔥🔥🔥
I love GRIP.
My uncle have a iron grip, 115 kg Swedish farmer😊👍💪
That moustache is epic.
Now you can lift with your eye jajajjs amazing content
dudes mustache is strong enough to do pull ups on.
22:13 super duper fine with not seeing a video of someone's thumb snapping!
One thing about the grippers that confuses me. He said his record is a 149lbs gripper, and also said on IG that it equals a COC 3 which is 280lbs. Is it possible they are confusing lbs with kg? 149kg would make much more sense because I easily crush my 65kg gripper and I'm just an average joe in terms of grip strength.
No basically the grip strength which comes with the gripper automatically measures from the top of the gripper nearest to the coil but if you send it off to certificate it to see the actual strength needed to close it will be from the bottom of the gripper as that’s where we close the gripper from. So in reality a 200lb gripper is actually nearly half of that weight
Hope this helps
I love how Anton had to correct someone with their own imperial measurement system "no it's not 1 inch" and then had to revert back to metric to explain that there was a couple of millimetres difference.
As always you are a brilliant interviewer
💪 as always thank you for your feedback! Appreciate you watch and paying attention to the videos! I appreciate you 💪
So how would u implement these in a typical 6 days PPL split
Yay!
"Now you can lift with your eye"
That cracked me up
I was looking for this comment 🤣🤣👌
Where can I get that pinch machine in the beginning? It doesn’t appear to be on the arm assassin website
Found it lol
@@Chimpmanboomwhere @????
Why do people always roll into the RGT to start their lift? Aren't you fatiguing your arm just getting to the final finger dragging position?
💪
Gawd damn that mustache is intense lol
Anton you and juji should have an arm wrestling match just for fun
Cool
yup
LEts go
Does Lucio have a RUclips channel? He'd have a good following.
I think Instagram only.
"Now you can lift with your eyes"😂😂😂
How long are the mustache guys fingers ? 9. Something?
Cool video.
Those hands are HUUUUGE, but he pretty much does rate everything a 5/5
That's true! But it is must have tools for armlifting
Ничего себе у него размер руки😮 а ростом выше тебя?
Ещё бы! Почти 2 метра.
that is a real man cave
Whos here for his mustache?
the ultimate grip strength training method: try to rip this guy's mustache off
What a week for Arm Assassin’s website to be down 🤦♂️
Yeah… I believe they overbooked.
Its so wierd to hear his max is like 149 on the grippers. i bought a CoC level 1 gripper that weighs 140 lb and after just one week i was able to close it pretty comfortably :/. Am i the wierdo of is he just oddly weak in the grippers?
Edit: i forgot to mention i dont have chalk either so im lost on how 149 with chalk would be hard

I can't take this dude seriously with that mustache lol
хорош, чувак, знаю, что ты русский, реально хорош!
Спасибо!💪😎
towel pull ups
step 1 to get into grip sports : have large hands
"That's grip sport" no sir. That's all weight training. 5 lbs makes a difference in every weight training endeavor.
the link doesn’t work
Which one?
@@AntonFomenko the licio's ninja holds link
FIRST!!!
how does he walk with that mustache among people? do they not laugh at him?
his beard is so distracting, that i had to put the phone away and just listen, to be able to catch anything, that was said.
Такие усы с силой хвата и ни одного коммента про Витьку Блуда?)
Вот один! 💪😎

You should mention that grip strength is key in Bjj
Nothing grosses me out like a skinny guy with a creepy mustache
