I recently bought a wrist wrench, and it is my new favorite toy, both from pulling from the ground, but also attaching to a cable machine and doing one-arm rows. The thing that I really like (as a rock climber) is that you cup the handle with no thumb involved and you can really feel the tension on the straight fingers and it simulates slopers really well. I can already tell a difference after just a few weeks of training.

    Thanks for the video!

I am 22, my stats are: 5´6 and 192 lbs.
Started specifically with grippers at age 21, 23 march 2023, and started strength training at age 15.
