It sounds like his first marriage broke up as he wasn’t serious about his movie career and was living off his family, religion may have been a small factor. Anyway we all make mistakes when we are young and he seems like he’s done a lot of maturing. Really enjoyed the interview and I liked his film Karan, he should have stuck it out as his film did do ok business.

I think they forgot his very first movie Diwana Ashiq. It was his first movie which had his first wife Farah and Mohnish Bahl and Nutan. It released on vhs in 1992. It’s on RUclips. I guess they don’t do much research before they do the interviews.
