Honest review: Shifted to new place with Agarwal packers and movers. They did good job. Things were properly packed and loaded and also unloaded and unpacked by them. Packers and loaders are very professional but the office staff and seniors sometimes create mess. Had an argument with senior but later problem got solved. I highly recommend them

Many problems have to be faced in getting home shifting with Agarwal Packer. Even their packer and their agent tell a lot of lies.
* Agarwal Packers & Movers * Fraud Company ***- They packed my house material. Their labor stolen my 03 boxes (cost-37600/-). When I registered complaint (Complaint ID- 1426807) into company, they offer me 1500/- as a compensation for missing boxes each box 500/-. Their labor are not trustful even that company. They took 21 days to reply properly on my complaint. They stole your material and when you ask, they would offer you low compensation. Their company would give you same dialogue “This is our company policy”. I have all call and video records. I will put that on RUclips as a customer review. The harassments are on top level.

All non sense .I have used them for transporting my household things from Delhi to kerala.All my crockeries were broken into pieces once reached and my suncross cycle a very expensive one and two other items are missing.The packing staff and the supervisors are very inefficient and they ask for lots of money from inspite paying to the company a huge amount as their fees.My experience with this company is very pathetic and painful.I am still waiting to see whether my lost items will get back or not

APML has worst service. I transferred my car with APML. They are just useless.
Anyone has the number of this person, our vehicle got stuck with them. Giving false gps position and not now not answering calls.
Everybody is unhappy with your service. Some paid reviewers only writing reviews. If you write negetive reviews in their website it won't be posted. My consignment don't know when it will reach destination. Maybe after chandrayaan 2.

Why the comments are off on Ramesh Agarwals Personal chaneel ? Third class service by Agarwal Packers and movers. I recently hired them for moving my household stuff from Hyderabad and Jaipur. Let me tell you how they cheat their customers. First, they will behave professionally through customer care and site visit. Then they will give you a quote and if you don't respond they himself will bargain with you. Random workers will call you with extra discounts. They will ask for 10% down payment and from their ordeal will start. Whatever they are charging you in the name of insurance is totally fake. If you ask for an insurance copy they will deny it saying we will not provide an insurance copy, your stuff will be safe. You will be compensated and all that lie. They have a yearly general insurance for all the trucks for their own safety. If you don't want to go ahead with us, we will not return the 10% deposit. Secondly, they will outsource the packing to third party Labors. They will provide their branding material, although, but save money on important things like cardboard rolls. When I called their agent Satish who came for inspection I got a very rude reply that package will be like that you can do whatever you want. If you don't want to go ahead with us, we will not return the 10% deposit. It is your luck if the labor is experienced or not and how they will pack. Since they are daily workers they will be more focussed on getting the work done quickly and leave. The people who packed my stuff said, Sir, we wanted to make a good packing, but we do not get proper packing material from the company. I had no problem during the transit since I booked a separate container and put my own lock. The driver was a third party vendor, but since he himself was the owner of the truck and was an educated person, I didn't face any trouble but there is no role of APML in that. It was pure luck. When my stuff reached Hyderabad, the people who came to unload were quite immature. I had to tell them several times not to drag the furniture. They even dropped my bike while unloading due to which there were few scratches. They broke one of my office table. One of the wooden temple was also damaged. I told the concerns to the respective person, but I never received any phone call from them. They said you will receive compensation, but they never returned my phone call. In short, the APML is now just using their old name and fame to get the contracts and outsourcing them to third party vendors. They have just become a middleman or a commission agent.
Very bad experience with them. They took money in advance and don't deliver consignment on time . Rude behaviour. Don't trust them. They are big fraud.

Worst service ever...only brand name ..they are not a good service provider..own experience of movement from Delhi to.kolkata..no.coutesy no response no help....use n promote other packer n movers rather.charge less n atleast response n help..APML is selling high price bcoz of its brand name now..very poor service

Pls guys don't booked this any thing.. Ye jo dekhate h waesa kuch v nhi hai very froud log is pakers me kaam krte hai.. Paisa pehle le lete hai.. Phir aap marte raho apne hi saman me liye kb tk pahucheha.. Or jab pahuch v jata hai to dekivey nhi dete 3 days tk kamine rakhe rahte h saman ko.. I never send any thing this pakers..
