@@Knowleek hey Man i try the Expand Weapon Charge module and i get the 4 shots , but I realized that if I use gun 1 with this module at the maximum I get four shots but if I switch to gun 2 and it doesn't have the same maximum level module it only gets three shots
I had actually shelved Jayber and was sad about it. He was the first that I leveled up, but I had to constantly micromanage the turrets and felt so squishy. The extended duration and extended mag are an absolute game changer. They really buy you time between messing with your turrets. Very glad I ran across your video! 🥰
I just put my Jayber together today, still missing 2 catalysts but it's getting there ! You would think a turret user would be boring but his kit is kinda requires you to be active all the time I love it. There are a lot of weird things going on with Jayber tbh. If someone is using Ultimate reactor remember that his turrets snapshot to the reactor. after putting them down just switch to tamer :D I haven't tested it yet but I guess the mod which gives you ability power / firearm atk under 50% hp also snapshots so if you can manage to pull the boss around your first placed turrets you only need to be under 50% hp once - I think.
I can definitely test tightrope, i typically sit in the aoe or laval until i'm at half hp as that's still 12k hp for me then just play around that. The snapshotting would be interesting on the turrets, i've been testing that a bit with other descendants. I'll let ya know sometime when i get around to testing it on stream. Also, glad you're enjoying it, Jayber can be as relaxed or as active as you want him to be. Boss fights get really fun and really active with a lot of attention on various things. It tickles an active brain and massages a calm brain!
@@ucantpickthisname So I think the easiest way to get under half hp straight away is to go without the HP mods and as soon as you get into intercept slap them on, works in laboratory as well for testing ! Edit: nvm I just tested it and Walking a Tightrope gives skillpower under 50% so we only get the firearm atk :S I thought Skillpower only affects enchanced turrets but I tested them and got the same numbers, they should really do something about Jayber, the fact that his turrets are snapshotting means we can't really use any conditional mod effiently :/
Great vid 🎉, i got the module by farming hard devourer, it has a high chance to drop any transcendent module (any hard boss, but devourer is the easiest) ✌️
if you use the mod firing fiesta and then while your reloading your weapon use your V ability you can get upto 7 shots out, not helpful for alot of things but i find it a cool mechanic
One strategy is for you to activate tower 1, use your ultimate ability and then use the extra tower and tower 1 again, which technically would already be ready for use, this way both would already have the "buff" that we give when hitting it with the third skill. PS: I'm desperately trying to get this transcendental mod and from what I saw you have 3!!! one in use and 2 in inventory... I envy you xD
@@diegojsg2099 keep on farming for it! And that is a strategy and one I use often for speed running dungeons and dropping turrets on groups of mobs, It would kinda just be a mp waste for me to use for bosses especially since they have a spawn in time anyways

Are you sure HP over defense is the way to go? Is that better when soloing bosses than when in group? I keep hearing ppl say you want at least 40k defense for hard mode bosses. Or is that only for group play? Help please. :)
I solo all the hard mode bosses you can solo, i don't go down often at all, typically the only thing that gets me low is me purposely doing it when i'm getting my walking on a tightrope proc. I can afk in almost every bosses attack or beam and be fine with no defense or resistances. It's just not worth it honestly. Unless you're playing Ajax. I've been doing boss carries since the third day of launch, my build was specifically done to ensure i'd survive and kill bosses in the early stages. Now there's better bossers but Jayber is just extremely consistent.
So if you could pick a reactor. What rolls ideally would you want ? I currently have one with double yellow crit rate/damage, but then I also have one with dimension/range, and my last one rolled with cooldown/range. Just not sure what to run on him for double attack turret
Ensure it's materialized phase reactor, you're honestly looking for anything, personally I go for non att and dimension, please look at the Google doc in the description, I altered the mods a little because of the things we found out in testing. Having crit is interesting because the ring damage doesn't crit, only the turrets actual shots do, so in my opinion, not really worth it. The new mod setup has a lot more cdr so having that cool down roll isn't necessarily needed.
They actually have already fixed that today, me and my buddy were testing it. But it's not worth the addition and there's no penalty for us with maximize range as the penalty doesn't apply to the turrets. But also, i have my new build updated in the google docs sheet in the description =p it's been swapped out for Nimble Fingers!
I need attacking compulsion man… i tried doing bio lab(hard mode) like 8 times yesterday and still havent gotten it. Any tips on where i can get it easier?
God bless, i know some people 60+ runs into bio hard mode, just don't forget you can combine red mods to try to RNG it, some of my buddies have been lucky with that.
Hello, cool build. I have a question: My Jayber is basically finished now. It has all the mods with the correct symbols and the Energy Activator. However, I have too little module capacity. My master rank is only 15, and at 20 you supposedly have the maximum capacity, but that would only be 3 more points, right? What am I missing to get more points, because I can’t maximize everything this way.

It doesn't help much honestly, even at full 4 upgrades the debuff only lasts 2 seconds, maintaining fire on the weakpoint is nice and all to keep the debuff going but the colossus moves out of the rings anyways, so it's just the turret fire that usually maintains dps. Just having a raw damage AR goes further and kills bosses quicker, So i just default go back to my eternal willpower even though i have a almost perfect rolled fully upgraded python.
You can yeah, it'd be a similar one, but not really one i'd do as i lose all the dps from the turrets and healing drones are somewhat pointless >_> imo of course.

I watched the whole video trying to see if you mentioned it, but I didn't catch it. I'm wondering how your ammo is not being consumed for a few seconds after you reload?
@@ucantpickthisname No not the jayber gun, I'm talking about your actual assault rifle. Sometimes after you reloaded it, you would be shooting without consuming bullets for like 2-3 seconds.
Ok question I’m no where near all the time you put into this but maximize duration and maximum range give -5 to skill power doesn’t that hinder you and are you building more HP or Defensive for the turrets to last longer as mine says it only last around 10 seconds
@@cptorr they don't reduce turret damage at all, that's why they're there. Also, check the Google docs for the updated mods list in the description for sure!

I put the bunnies to work in the bunny farm circle, then i put the valby's to work in the valby donut circle, just gotta get in those farm runs brother, run accessories for increasing kaiper/gold drop, aside from that either swipe for crystallization catalysts or grab one of the videos online showing how to do it brother, you got this
You can get more by using crystallization catalysts in your mod slots and if you match the symbol to the mod symbol it halves the usage. Otherwise you'll be looking at Energy Activators which add 20 slots or upping your mastery level by doing the main story, levelling up guns and other descendants. Keep in mind when you use a crystallization catalyst you drop your descendant back to level 1, but you still maintain your gear and your skills.
Ah, i didn't show it because it wasn't necessary part of Jayber, i run Action & Reaction, Rifling Reinforcement, Better Conc, Better insight, conc priority, reload insight, fire rate up, recycling genius, expand weapon charge and electric enhancement OR firing fiesta, i really like firing fiesta honestly, but elemental enhancements are really good. They don't add to your tooltip DPS, but they do indeed increase your dps by a lot

Yeah, but just scale your hp more since your turret scales off that. You speaking on running the double heal turret build? definitely make sure you have an ammo magazine in your gun for more V shots

@@TkKenshi In my honest opinion, yujin's kit is more styled to playing with a team, when you're trying to solo it might feel like a slog going through content, jayber can be an allrounder, a dps build and also a support healer build similar to Yujin with his double heal turret mod. Now with that said, Yujin does give damage boosts with the healing and the healing on damage from his second skill is fairly nice. I just don't feel like the content with where it's at right now really allows him to shine.

that being said..... there is one mode that works. exactly how you said....magazine compulsion. it's the only one that gets higher that the 33.3 % you would need for 3 to go to 4. so you told truths my bad. good shit

Sorry, thought i had this in the video, to get additional shots on your Jayber Gun, you can use a mod in your gun that increases magazine size.

Yep! I enjoy it too, there's also another mod for tac rifles that you can use too!

Not sure if you have fix this later on but in case you have not the range on Jayber caps out a 12 so have Maximize range is pointless

Have u tried python with your build for colosses? Would be interesting how much the Resistance reduce helps with tower dmg
