Xinferis, where did you go? Please don't stop posting your work is amazing
I am kind of burnt out so I am taking a break for the moment. It crushes my motivation a bit when each subsequent video takes more work but gets fewer views. :) Regardless of the number of views though, I am still happy with what I create. I have been doing music and art in various forms my whole life, so I am sure I will get back to it at some point.
@@XinferisTV I understand, just checking in on something I enjoyed watching and hope you get back to a channel I enjoy soon. The reason I like your channel is AI streaming is still awash with the likes of 'Harry Potter in a rave party' or 'Star Wars as a 1950's western'. Original themes like yours matter and deserve more recogition. Your Lovecraftian/Sci Fi/Retro niche pushes a lot of creative buttons that's lacking elsewhere in quite so an original way.. Nice work, again. What are you using to create these sound textures?
A common thing I do when building sounds, is have a primary synth sound that is typically not too complex. This is the primary component of the sound. Then I have another evolving or textured synth that I blend in with the primary synth to make things sound more interesting. It's not always this straight forward, and sometimes a single sound will be built from more than two components. And other times a single synth on its own already sounds good enough.
The primary plugins I am using are as follows:
Native Instruments Komplete 14 CE
Arturia V Collection X
Arturia FX Collection 4
e-he Repro-5
Below are the key components of the sounds for each part. I am not including effects I used that I don't consider a key component of the sounds (for example reverbs and delays).
Part 1 - u-he Repro 5 and Native Instruments Ashlight
Part 2 - Arturia DX7 V
Part 3 - Arturia Jun-6 V and Native Instruments Symphony Series Brass Ensemble (in combination with Arturia Dist COLDFIRE)
Part 4 - u-he Repro 5 and Pharlight
