Setting boundaries are very important because you teach people how to treat you. Without boundaries been set it will be chaotic because people will have a sense of entitlement towards you. I also learnt that after setting boundaries you need to be firm on them. Great video @Rayne

Sometimes I have to be harsh when I turn people down (especially family). My mother in particular likes to use guilt to get what she wants, so being more straightforward stops her at the start.
