Nice rig. That's two things I really like. A scout 800 and a flatbed. Use some rainX on the front windshield. That flat glass meets the wind like a billboard. With the rainX you really don't need wipers.
I like it!...dont hear the term "JANKY" much, i say it all the time. if fact i have a 72 that i am working on and my daughters told me i should paint JANKY on the tailgate..i like watching your video's
this truck and the other terribles is what led me to you guys! I love the terrible lifestyle. i was trying to find a terrible but several slipped away. I had a 1970 blazer k5 come into my life from family so i am rolling with that and following your terribles life. we will see where it goes but I think you are really on to something with that. i mean who can stomach tearing up a clean original scout, blazer or bronco. but how cool to wheel and repair a terrible that most people would normally give up on…. don’t give up, they all have memories to make and give.
Do you have any ideas for an 800 full travel top? I have a 67 800 the top finally rusted away and was pretty much gone. Hope you do thanks - Vic in Utah
I've got a 1961 International Harvester Scout 80 for sale if your interested. Very solid and original engine runs. Needs a few things to be roadworthy. $15,000 Located in Key Largo Florida.
I started this same style of build for my 71' Scout 800B 4x4.... the whole back half was rotted out and all you saw was ground and the tires!
Love to see the build video on the narrowed D60 for the Shenandoah!
68 daily driver. love it.

800 or 80 doors i figured it out. I'm slow and my work is poor.
Can I ask what international did those doors come off of. I'm making my scout 2 into a truck also, and those doors really have great lines.
You lost me with the dreaded sbc swap😢
