A good sketch, but there was no need for the canned laughter.
Hilarious!!! Loved it!
The Gene Genie never fails to deliver.
the laughing in the background is so annoying.
This is one of the most enjoyable thing I've ever watched. :P
Even though I don't like it with the laughter in the background, Gene's the most funniest person on the show. Good to see Alex being a bit fun!!!!
"Fire up the golf buggy!"
Loooool. XD
Yup, you're right the canned giggles suck!!
Love the ending XD "Hmm... Tiger..."
And Gene is priceless in this! Love it so much :)
LMAO! Oh, so it was Gene Hunt who first called him Tiger, it all makes sense now! lol x
"He's the future of golf"
"Wha's yer name, kid?"
"Eldric Woods"
"Well, go get em, tiger"
Hehe!
Can't wait for the new series! Ashes to ashes is the nuts!
"get me my bats"..Gene Hunt..legend..rip
"Is that Tom Selleck?" LMAO
that car and that horn are a 100% mix
@Antelope6 There is no canned laughter. This was played in front of the studio audience for Sport Relief
Haha! Loved it. I don't think the laughter was all that bad to be honest, remember it was done for a wider audience and for a different purpose.
Tony Hadley was absolutely CRACKING!! Go on big Tone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
xoxoxo
loved it.
i expected nothing less.
Fire Up The Golf Buggy. ♥
its not canned laughter. it was on sport relief so was in studio
Am i getting old because i can remember Nationwide!
bloody hell parky you are good rofl brilliant
@Antelope6 I think it's actually just the sports relief audience rather then canned laughter.
Very good! I enjoyed this muchly
The Laughing Ruins It All
"No problemo Parky!" Brilliant
What's the song at 8:29?
Nice shot gene!!!
Oh I love this! That was awesome! :D
whats the song at 7:16
It's back on Good Friday i believe.
@thunderboba cargy is right. It is the intro to young guns by Wham.
Two Tribes!!
It wasn't canned laughter guys. This was taken from the sports relief night, that's an actual audience laughing but it still does ruin it.
@Antelope6 I Know I hate That It Ruins the Scene completly i think
love it :D
I know, it was so annoying.
tony hadley!! lmao
i spent the night with hunt omg
Very very good and funny
But it fits well with Red Dwarf. When they took it out of the new one it felt sooo bland.
@Antelope6 too right, even if its genuine, its annoying none the less
So funny. whats on the 2nd april tho?
@pdmore123 studio audiences dont laugh that fake
next stop spread eagles
Bloody canned laughter.
whats the song at 7:23 ?
Agreed - canned laughter is ANNOYING.
No comparason to the real thing. The fake laughter at every possible moment is pointless.
Would have been a lot better without the canned laughter. As it was it was still a good show though.
I must say I'm disappointed with the script, it could have been so much better.
@LittleCamBlud11 life on mars is better than ashes to ashes so many classic lines like "you are surrounded by armed bastards"
I like the canned laughter. It makes this amusing like it's subverting the convention.
hear hear
Young guns/wham
who's the lass in the stripes?
phwoar
The canned laughter is awful, and considering how ridiculously brilliant the actual script is, one gets the feeling different writers may have written this one? It irritates me the way Gene Hunt is easily the funniest character and has the best lines, but all the laughter is aimed at the worst lines in this. Shame on you audience!
next stop spread eagles lol
it is not american those the laughing
Why have canned laughter when there wasn't anything funny enough to laugh about? I mean i'm a huge Ashes fan, but wasn't it just useless?
