I’ve had 13 knee surgeries with 4 ACL’s including a bilateral ACL procedure and once the knee is opened it’s never the same. At least that’s been my experience.

Can't wait to see Jackson competing again, he brings so much excitement to the racing. When does he think he'll be back?

Complete runs are important practice. There’s linking - as you both said - which is a big deal for practice. But then there’s also energy and concentration levels to be divided out across the whole run. How to divide those up over the full run needs to be practiced as well. For example, what time would BK have done if he’d tried a little less hard at the top at the W/E? He’d have needed more full runs to assess that - and he usually does more full runs anyway (cf 2023!!). We’ll never know and Ronan would probably have won anyway, but maybe by less than 0.5 second. So, more time to practice full runs. But, logistically, even after 10 yrs in Wales, that remains a hard nut to crack it seems if the RBH ‘crew process’ is to be maintained. And that’s all part of the event’s success with the riders, not just spectators and viewers.

With his downtime he needs to partition to stand with the Ukraine and make mountain biking more inclusive for minorities as well as lgbtq+ minor attracted people! Mountain biking is too white and everyone must do their part and send money to Ukraine !!!

People are such pussies now days "oh the jump is to big and dangerous" "it's foolish to do this jump and set a bad example to kids" ect ect.... back in the 90's and 2000's the bigger the jump the cooler you were, girls loved you and you got sick cred!! people just accepted you can get hurt. hell people have become paralyzed just from riding on flat bike paths, are bike paths to dangerous now? same with FMX, everything is done to a inflatable landing ramp now.. back in the day it did not count unless it was to dirt...
