Great video and probably the most beneficial setup for the SS3 Sports. This will be my setup except I can only afford 2 so I’m getting the SAE Driving and SAE Fog. I will get the amber’s then replace the optics with clear in order to get a true 4k temperature. Both will be on the fog lights location. This video has the information I had been looking after watching so many videos on RUclips. Headlight Revolution and Diode Dynamics channel also had helped explaining/comparing with other high end LED’s. The SS3’s are just perfect for on/off road applications.

That was one of the best reviews of lights i have seen. Real world conditions, thank you very much.
at the price of the sports you have 3 sets of lights that do an amazing job for the cost of 1 set of the most expensive lights.
I will suggest that you try putting your spot lights on the front of your truck on top of the grill guard so there's no glare from the hood that can reduce your night vision.
Thanks again for the great review. I have a set of the fogs in my amazon cart, might need to add the spots as well. Have a rigid industries SR 20 inch combo but need fogs for weather fog /rain /snow and some more spots for cornering

Thanks and I am glad that you found my video helpful. I chose the a-pillar location over the top of the grille guard because I did not want the spot light beam to get lost or blend in in all the other lights down below. Its like a stacked beam effect.
I really wanted a distinct focus far out. The glare off the hood however isn't really that bad, or I've just gotten used to it and it doesn't bother me as much. I also didn't want the pods to interfere with me working on my truck up front and potentially me hitting them or knocking into them. This way, they're out of my way. I'm glad you found my review helpful though.

This is great, thank you for this. I currently have driving pros not he bottom of my Colorado and switched my yellow fogs A pillars to white fogs. It's not 6k on them but I do get that with. Thinking of replacing the A pillars with spot beams now.

I'm glad you found my video useful. 4 months since I got all the pods, and they are still performing great. Use them all the time.

Thanks for the video. This is about the same setup I want to go with except in Amber.

Glad the video was helpful. The Amber will produce less light output based on manufacturer numbers of light output but can understand the appeal of Amber. I personally need the brightness to see better at night.

I just finished a 2hr white knuckle drive through mountain roads at night. 20-25mph twisty roads.
If you had to pick between spot and driving for this situation what would you go?
I’m leaning towards driving pattern for some width, but I wonder if my factory low beams and fogs cover that. I would be getting the max ones

In that specific situation, and if it's in just those type of roads you're needing the extra lighting, I'd stick with the driving beam but the fog beam will also do great, especially in the MAX. It will be VERY bright. The Sports will be plenty and Pros would be that much better. But if you don't mind the MAX price then go for it lol😊. Aiming them to give you maximum coverage is the key so you can see wide and far.
