He is using a 2010-2012 mirror. The mirrors on the 13-14's have a different connector. I don't think there's a difference in the looks of the different years.
I just recently pulled a set off of a 2012 Roush in a local junkyard and the connectors are different....so they either used the newer style mirrors on this car with the Roush upgrade or the junkyard had their info wrong. Either way, NOT just a plug and play. Since I didn't notice and grab the door-side connector, looks like I will have to cutting & wire-splicing.
