After five years of adventures, departure day for our cross-country overhaul trip has finally arrived! We're heading south towards Atlanta, with the ambitious goal of landing at the world's busiest airport. However, weather conditions obstruct our path. Eventually, we manage to reach our friend's maintenance hangar in Missouri, where we'll undergo a 50-hour oil change and inspection. The outcome of this maintenance could potentially alter the course of our trip entirely.

This YT channel is such an anomaly: technically not a helicopter channel but managed to have one of the best contents on traveling with an helicopter.
Haha thanks so much! Fun to mix all the things
I’ve never cared as much for someone else landing at an Airport somewhere far away on earth. The flight into Atlanta felt like an experience just from watching this video. Thank you for this series
On behalf of everyone, I just want to say a mahoosive THANKYOU for bringing us along on this trip of a lifetime.
Thanks for being here! This couldn’t exist with out y’all’s support
The visuals, the storytelling, the suspense! Everything about this series is beautiful!
🙏🏼🙏🏼
That flyover was quite possibly that coolest thing I have ever seen. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time and was just as excited as you guys sounded. 😂
Agreed!
The Atlanta flyover almost made me tear up. This was, indeed, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Thank you for capturing & sharing it with this “unregistered passenger” of yours. :)
Wow. You all have outdone yourselves. Becki - your editing skills are off the charts! There is very little of this quality on TV. Can’t wait for the next episode.
That fly over Atlanta airport and listening into the tower was such a thrilling experience to watch!! Only two people produced this?! how! Absolutely incredible Becki and Chris!
I nominate this channel for an Oscar. Screw the Tubies. You're way beyond that. Content, editing, color correcting, aspect ratio, excellent story telling, music choices. I can't praise you enough!! Top notch! Well done.
This is such a fitting way to send off the Falcon for a long hiatus - amazing work on this series!
Thanks so much! Been thinking about this series for a long time!
This was so freaking epic. Fly over at ATL was unreal. So cool to hear the radio during those moments!!!! Yal are talent. I'm binging the heck out of this rn.
Thanks friend 😭
I'm HOOKED on this series already! So stoked to follow along!!!
If there is an award for video of the year on RUclips or the Webbys, consider yourselves nominated!
The small private Jet you saw in Chattanooga was from my Company, FASW Is one of AirSprint’s CJ2+, we are the largest fractional ownership companies in Canada and operate throughout North America, Central America and the Caribbean. Cool to see one of the Jets I fly in another video!
The approach, flyover and landing at ATL was AWESOME!!
Thanks so much!
God that episode was worth the wait. This series is the most excited ive been about anything in a long time!! So amazingly made ❤
Aw thank you so much for sharing that ❤️❤️
Agreed, and already worthy of (at the very least) a nomination for a short film/ documentary series award. It has my vote.
What a view of all of those planes landing and taking off!!! Wow.
Thanks friend!
Amazing story, cinematography, editing. Give them all the RUclips awards please. Great episode.
ATL flyover was SICK!
🙏🏼🙏🏼
Congrats on the ATL experience. Massive respect to you and new found respect to air traffic control who seem to be casually spinning a thousand plates all at the same time!
*MAN* ... 16:54 - 20:46 is THE textbook example of how audio is at least 51% of video... was on the edge of my seat hearing the complexity of the tower comms 🤯 *PUH-LEEEEZ* see if it'll work in your schedule to have a repeat stop in ATL on your way back... but during the day 🙏
Your pure unfiltered joy and excitement after flying into Atlanta was the best part of the video - it made me smile just watching you two's joy!
I wish more people could watch this episode. That bit with night landing, was amazing. Just great, anyway from North Queensland, Australia, just love it.
Time to spare? Go by air!! I did the same and flew over in Orlando International airport at midfield, transitioning from west to east coast to Titusville airport in my c172! So cool!
Ain’t that the truth!
Those traffic controllers have a level of attention and compartmentalization that I can scarcely begin to understand.
O M G! I am speechless! What an episode! I love the series so far. Last December I went to the US and Atlanta, and actually to this part of the world for the first time. I had my stopover on the way to El Paso. My flight to El Paso got cancelled. It was precisely at Christmas. It's so good to see Atlanta from a different perspective by one of my the most favourite content creators!
Have a safe trip and thank you for sharing your story!
That immediate reply 'yes' to accepting a flyover at 3000' above the field cracked me up and put a smile on my face because I know Chis probably wanted to scream for joy instead of being so calm over the radio hahaha SO COOL
Had to go back and watch the ATL Airport sequence again. Just plain crazy!
That whole Chattanooga montage was amazing, had the biggest smile on my face watching it, great editing and you clearly had a blast with friends
WOW, flying into Atlanta Airport was intense!
15:54 those aerial shots are so beautiful!
Awesome to see you guys making this trip! Just a tip from a heli CFI that might put your mind at ease about flying through the deltas: the controller providing you flight following is required to coordinate your transition for you. The relevent publication is FAA Order 7110.65, section 2-1-16 (b) says the controller must coordinate with the appropriate control tower for transit authorization when they are providing radar traffic advisory service to an aircraft that will enter another facility's airspace with a note adding explicitly that the pilot is not expected to obtain his/her own authorization through each area when in contact with a radar facility. Remember, the only "clearance" required to enter a class delta is that you have established 2-way radio communications with ATC. Receiving flight following services satisfies that requirement.
Can't wait to see the rest of the trip!
Those big idea design guys seem super cool
This seriers is like toppest if the top tier. I love thid. That flyover of atl was absolutely insane. You guys are killing it. Love this
Epic. I mean you guys are epic! And as an R-22 pilot, Chris is SO professional; I think this was one reason the overflight was approved, because the comms were obviously from someone who was on his game. KATL was only second to the ULTIMATE awesomeness of the Niagra Falls flight; brought tears to my eyes of joy.
That landing on the busiest airport in the world triggered my anxiety! Man i was freaking out! Kudos to Dr Chris pulling it off like a pro!
Can’t believe that ATL tower let you fly over! Amazsome!
Brooo that fly over Atlanta was ridiculous 🤯🤯🤯🤯
The storytelling in this series is off the chain! Great job, looking forward to next week!
The ATL sequence... WOWOWOWOW!!!
Wow it was super exciting and crazy, a night flight over ATL and Chris taking half of that shrub out with the go-cart, lol.
The ATL flyover are you kidding?? Thank you for sharing it with all of us.
So cool seeing Alanta From the sky. We go to Atlanta quite a bit because it's only 2.5 hours from us. My (Kelley) heart was pounding when you were flying over and all the chatter on the radio made me anixous lol When Flying from Birmimghan we try to avoid flying to Atlanta.
that Atlanta footage is NUTS!!!! I also love when 'narrator Becki' comes in... all of a sudden I feel like I looked up a 'visit Va' video :). Great content, as always, love this format.
Just now getting a chance to comment - guys. This is amazing! Second all the comments about y’all explaining the intricacies of flying through the airport network, terms..etc. Love it all!
What a great use of Milanote! Seems like a natural use of it.
Also, now I want catfish.
Those atc comms were so sickkk 🔥🔥🔥
Well kids that was just freakin awesome! The smooth editing / colour grading / narration / beautiful scenery. The instruction…. And a bit of suspense.
Well done on it all Chris and Becki enjoying this series.
I spent a day at a Hartsfield -Jackson glued to the glass watching all the choreographed aviation. Flying over it at 3000 would of been a view not many see so props for asking to do that. 🙏🤗❤️🚁💯
That footage landing in Atlanta was spectacular!
Why did it end so quickly :( I wanted 4320000 hours more of this! 😍😂 Sooo good! Amazing work, great flying! Cant wait for the next one!!
Flying over ATL must have been epic and it looked awesome!
If I’m late to work it is your fault 😂!!! your videos are truly amazing. I couldn’t miss this Sunday’s episode. You are my favorite YT couple!
You handled the Class B like a champ. Most would clam up when dealing with a tower handling that much.
I haven’t seen the rest of the series yet but I hope you did it at the other major airports. Most will let you do Special VFR over the fields. People do it all the time, especially at LAX. I hope you were able to do that too! Can’t want to watch the entire series. I watched the one where you flew from Reno down 395 and now I had to find the beginning.
So I just want to say this is impeccable YouTubing. Super slick production. I’ve never experienced such an enjoyable jaw-dropping moment since Top Gun Maverick when you were flying over Atlanta airport. That includes TC flying a helicopter in Mission Impossible: Fallout. Thank you for such high calibre content 🚁
Wow. That part about flying into Atlanta was just wow. Amazing trip.
man... the airport flight part the coms made it SO INTENSE. ouf
It was one of the more overwhelming flights we’ve taken because the radio was so intense
That sequence over Atlanta airport was so thrilling to watch and hear! Outstanding work 👏🏻
Incredibly fun episode to watch. Not only densely packed with information, but incredibly beautiful scenery, laughs, and just too much goodness to comprehend. I'm going to have to re-watch this series a couple times. Makes me want to hang out with you guys. You're so fun!
Thank you!! We had fun with this series!
I'm laughing so hard right now that radio traffic is INSANE in Atlanta!!!
That Atlanta arrival was sick! Thanks for sharing the experience!
The aerial shot at 15:27 is so tucking cool!! I’m jazzed to see some new Heliscapes 👀. Ps the series is doooooope so far. Love the vibes you’ve created!
Nice work on those radios, man! I just hit Chicago and LAX for the first time over the last few weeks and it is definitely intense! Flying is the easy part! Busy/overwhelming/crazy is an understatement! Love watching your stuff!
It really shows that you stepped up your production and editing game. Wow. I felt like I was watching a tv show. Thanks a bunch.
Best episode ever. Why does this not have 1M views already?
Ah man. Sitting here in my PJs in Sydney Australia with my wife watching this and having pure joy watching this moment. So amazing. Wow! 20:48
Was literally holding my breath during the ATL airport flyover. Awesome sound and footage! Take care you guys!
That flight into ATL was amazing!
Guys, the footage is breathtaking. Loving this series I'm telling everyone.
This series is epic - the planning, the filming, the production, the editing, the storytelling and obviously the trip itself! It’s the kind of content the rest of us aspire to and I’m impatiently waiting for each episode to drop. Thank you for creating and sharing, so much love for you guys 💛👏👏👏
MY anxiety was high just watching your flight into ATL, I can't imagine the anxiety levels for Chris and Becky through that. Thanks for sharing your adventure.
Brilliant, just brilliant episode. The mountain shots at sunset and the ATL flyover were amazing.
This was SO amazing. Flying into Atlanta at night had to be FAR superior than had it still been daylight. All the delays were meant to be to catch these amazing visuals. 👏 ❤
Just land behind the blue pick up truck. 😂😂😂welcome to Cap Coptors!!
Awesome video guys. That night time Hartsfield flyover was Epic! Great job on the radio and maintaining SA. I got the chance to flyover KATL during the day a few weeks ago with a CFI handling the radio. Was daunting but very cool. Thanks for flying through and showcasing our city!! Looking forward to the next episode. Love the shout out to Joe, those FBO guys are the greatest!
Hats off on another successful episode. Bad weather initially however next day you guys had the most scenic flight with the approval to fly over ATL! Sick!!! How cool is that experimental helicopter, reminds me of a home built FPV drone lol.
Wow, this was so impressive you flying into ATL almost brought tears to my eyes
WHAT IS THIS MASTERPIECE I HAVE JUST WITNESSED WITH MINE EYES!?
so many jaw dropping moments -- the sunsetting in the mountains. i was literally on the edge of my seat with goosebumps when you were at ATL -- just incredible. also, 32 minutes is blowing my mind, it felt like 10.
so hyped for ep 3 -- THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS
Thank you Cody!!! Glad you liked it, the ATL flight was a trip highlight for sure!
Just... WOW. This was the most epic episode ever, from start to finish!
That approach to Atlanta was mind-blowing. I'm sweating just trying to understand ATC...
It was A LOT to take in on the radio!
Such a sick episode! It was awesome to see you guys flying over ATL airport and listening to all of those radio communication! That was very intense and exciting at the same time how they control everything from the tower. Seeing ATL at night as well! Mate! What a ride!
Love watching how you put up this film together Becks. Very interesting seeing how your brain works! Another great episode! Sorry for the long message tho 🫶
hAIRrAISing!!! flying over Atlanta airport!!! I could feel the tension...well done for your exploit!!
Damn, shoutout to all the air traffic and tower controllers out there that make all the air travel possible and safer. Has to be a demanding job at Class B airports.
Unbelievable!!! Stunning!!! Amazing!! Thank you so much for sharing your world with us.
THAT FOOTAGE WAS INCREDIBLE! Great work!
Amazing video. Felt like I was there. Unfortunately I gave up flying some years ago but always look up when I hear something go over. Enjoy and be safe!
I don't often like videos on YT but seeing your expressions after landing at Atlanta Airport made me pause, like the video and leave this comment, thanks for sharing :)
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks!
This was brilliant, Atlanta airport sounded hectic! Really enjoying this series.
I watched the whole video and didn't even realise, Good editing
Man, I just love every minute of these! Also, great job building tension, I mean I hate you for it but great job LOL.
Bahaha thank you!
Woo that was the most exciting viewing Ive seen in a long time (airport landing) - thank you so much Becki & Chris!
Literally holding my breath when ATL tower said "Standby with your request please" @17:30. I can't believe you flew into THAT much class Bravo air traffic, at night nonetheless! Mad respect for your radio confidence.
B&C this is just another example of the excellent content you always bring. Chris, Becki needs a raise. Tremendous editing. I would love to see a screen shot of this timeline.
The grade on this is incredible
Awesome Guys , thanks very much for taking us on Your Journey
Wow, so good. Only bad thing is we have to wait for next instalment.
That ATL flyover was dope. So few people would ever get to experience that given the type of craft and conditions necessary. Awesome to see, and thanks for sharing that.
This series is awesome! I have been following your channel for at least 4 years now. I hope to one day fly in a helicopter, let alone own one. Great work :)
This content is 🔥! Came for the photography and got hooked on the travel and helicopter videos. Your shots over VA were gorgeous. 😊
This series is incredible!
As a newer PPL, one of my aviation goals is to fly from the southeast where I'm based, to Upstate NY where I grew up. Watching this series, seeing how you guys navigated the weather, and listening to your Go-No-Go decision-making have given me insight and inspiration! This is epic.
