  • Seems most of the species of wildlife have moved farther to the east to get away from all the standing water from the rain and high tides .....Except the Hogs.....They seem to enjoy and thrive the swampy environment!!

      DMP....Thanks!! I was kind of surprised to see all those Samich size porkers....LOL....Using the River as a boundary line the sow's are usually spotters and the Boars black....I owe all my easy walking to the swamp stompin' porkers!!

      Thanks John!! These critters really enjoy traveling at night and hunting at night is a waste of time and effort!!

    It looks like the hogs have taken over again. Its too bad all the other critters left town.

      Thanks Rande!! I've learned a lot about animal behavior since running these cams especially that most forms of wildlife get tired of of wet feet.....High and dry is the theme for this coastal area!!😎

    Enjoyed. How often do you have to change your batteries?

    • @WesLovelace
      @WesLovelace  6 месяцев назад

      Thanks J!! I've got the movement setting on high....Trying to catch any movement....In the case of those batteries I got 2 weeks on 8 AA's and most of that was due to movement from the wind....I 've gotten 4 months max when conditions are normal and I'm getting a lot of wildlife movement..... I've also got a 25 second timer on all videos.....Have a great week!!

    Hogs are threatening to cross the m9ntana boarder witch would be a disaster for the west side of the state! The forested areas would not hold up well to there rooting!!!

      Thanks Nathan!! These critters are destructive.....They literally stomp the swamp.....It makes my travels real easy.....In the Refuge they are not hunted because of the logistics to get them out of the swamp and the time required to set up and wait a possible shot!!
