Spot on with the feeling on missing out on trades. Been in a community for 2 months and have missed out on majority of moves from lack of confidence, but haven’t let it affect my trading because I know I just need more experience
The contract rollover F'ed me up today. I had the perfect entry on NQ off the 15 min FVG to catch the early morning downside and couldn't get filled due to the rollover and trading view wasn't let me trade the current contract. Glad I saw the exact same thing as you today but then again I look at the market the way I do now BECAUSE OF YOU so it sounds about right. Sucks I missed my entry and that move but overall happy with my ability to miss out and not be so bothered by it just by knowing moves like that will happen again and the market ain't going nowhere. in 37:15 you explained the difference, how do you explain mar7, that dump to london low at 0400 to 17915, that was from a retracement to EQ structure, it took internal and reverse sharply for new ATH, i really want to know your thought because i lost a lot on that trade of course due to bad management, just wonder if anything wrong for eyeing lower sellside that day, thanks!

hi justin just wanted to say that the feeling of missing the trade is completely right and then watching other people make money on that trade is the exact way i felt, sadly i had to leave the cord because of that reason cause i needed to work on my own confidence and sticking to my own conviction instead of watching the discord every 5 mins just something i had to work on myself, still gain very valuable knowledge being in there tho!

The biggest negative point about downspiraling, chasing trades, revenge trading etc. is that originally you wanted to educate yourselve and learn stuff, but through the negative emotions and the enourmous amount of watching the screen and placing stupid trades you wont even have time nor the energy to learn and educate yourselve what you should really be doing. Also a huge negative of that is, you may have made your analysis and preperations the day before, then when a trade goes against you or you miss out and fomo, all those analysis and preperations are out of your head and you instantly go full monkey and become reactionary again. A very nice speech on that is from Anton Kreil describing the differences from professional traders (fund controllers not gurus) and retail traders. The fundcontroller work with limit order, they rarely use market orders. Only when they really have to get out fast. They predict the value beforehand and set there orders.
Market Orders are fine when you have your setup that you always trade. But never set randomly market orders.
