This car is in the same league as the BMW E46 M3 CSL. They both have automated, single clutch gearboxes that beg to be changed to a six-speed manual. I would buy this Gallardo and do just that. Great review.
@@rafaellastracom6411 balboni himself really really wanted all of the cars to be manuals- but they actually didn’t sell as well. I believe most of the cars are e-gear because thats what buyers wanted

Nice review of the second gen gallardo. But just to be clear, the balboni was just a special edition of the facelift gallardo, which is the lp 560-4. For the balboni they did nothing on the car design itself, just added a stripe across the car and the interior, offered it both as manual and sequential and made it rearwheeldrive. Therefore the video is more about the design of the lp 560-4 generation.
not quite, although the Balboni has less power than even the base 2nd gen Gallardo, it has the stick shifter and RWD, which makes it lighter than even Superleggera
@@adlibbed2138 yeah sure, engineeringwise it is another topic. I was just talking about the design itself. In that perspective there wasn't a significant change other than the stripe and wheels.
My top 3 Lambo all time. I love reventon and Murcielago SV as well but Gallardo VB is amazing looking
Imo the original gallardo is the best talking about design.
Yep, im not into the refresh at all. Makes it look closer to a hurracan than a gallardo, too stylized. The original design is simple and timeless.
i perfer the older one but i like the newer ones too
Yeah i agree. The styling refresh especially with the rear works so well

Thankfully the Gallardo Balboni Edition was available with a manual too
@@SamuelSantos_ I did not know that.

you should talk a bit about the visibility inside the greenhouse (designer vs engineer perspective)
Nice video
First here
Love your videos 👊
04 Gallardo still the best sounding
Gallardo is and always has been my favorite car
Great review, the engine sound… Wow; agreed with the Balboni design, feels well made, good revamp without being overdone like the last version.
All Lamborghini needs to do is NA hybrids, just look how fast the 918 is , Lamborghini still haven't made a quicker car and that's a NA V8
Doug DeMuro is got a beard!

This is absolutely awesome
I bought this car from Hunter last May. Absolutely love it! It’s cool to see my car being driven, since I only ever see it from the inside 😎
Logic is the best
what about the gallardo superleggera
it is the balboni design
@@00maj i like the wing though its fits mode
Superleggera is the best
I love the back view of the first one for nostalgia reasons
