What type of corn is this? I assume it's mixed with honey (and blood ofc lol)
It isn't corn, it's amaranth. Mixed it with melted "piloncillo" which is a type of solidified sugar in it's more pure state. Though I didn't cook it correctly and it was incredibly hard to break and eat haha.
