    Awesome lesson. Lots of value here. Just something to add: train also overcoming isometrics, for maximum strength and explosiveness (and at different angles). Runners do that for example to explode their initial push, and Bruce Lee used them as well for his amazing speed and power. Cheers

    With a slight jump
    Especially with elbows.
    Whole body weight is behind it.
