Marvel Legends were 7.99 each when they first hit the market through Toybiz. You could purchase the whole first wave for what you pay for a single figure now. It's why I dropped Marvel Legends. Star Wars Black Series and GI Joe Classified are about all I purchase now and even those I am selective about before purchase. I didn't buy any of the non-plastic window boxed figures that Hasbro went to briefly.
Dave was not wrong. That is a wave of "Platinum only" figures that have no "standard release" counterparts. You can't order any of them online and you have to just find them at retail. So, Dave's conspiracy theory is absolutely correct. McFarlane is definitely screwing with us.
Mcfarlane is an ego driven supplier. Just by making "his" figures 7-inch where that aren't in scale with the existing DC Multiverse figures before he had the license was enough to push me off that line. I have 1 of his figures, a Batgirl. That's it. I don't even look at them.
I'm with you on that prime it looks amazing, but 55 is a bit much. The worse part is don't think it'll go to clearance a lot of the targets I've been have sold out of them

I live near Burbank and I don’t know if they have some weird thing with WB studios but they don’t carry any DC figures. Maybe WB sells them at there DC comics tour or something but it’s so weird that they don’t carry DC and it’s the only Walmart near me.
Could you please find me an Original color G.I. Joe Barbecue and send it to Canada? Lol. My favorite figure as a kid...I can't buy it on Amazon, they're all gone. I guess it's Ebay for me. :(. New subscriber. Great video.
