We skip lunch 😂 We do a bigger breakfast, have a snack tray on hand during school and then eat an earlier dinner. This is actually the way they do it in Mexico and we kind of picked it up living there and it transferred over. It works well for homeschool!
😅 yes indeed! We do this in Mexico, two main meals. Dinner being very early 3 pm 4 at the latest. We have a hot chocolate, coffee and sweet bread for supper. Makes this homeschool feeding easier!
Great tips. I love Buffalo chicken dip and spice. And my girl is an only child too and we eat like this often too. My daughter is 9 and loves what we call a snack tray or snack box. I love and learned from You from This video to do several at a time. I always dig everything out and make like a plate that’s like a snack box for a meal like lunch and then I put it all away and then I do it again the next day and this is really smart where I would have everything out and I could just make a few boxes to get us by for a couple days. It’s really smart, I would love to know more about your Mediterranean stuff like do you buy the Taziki dip and do you have a favor and what was the kind of crackers because I absolutely love Mediterranean salad and Mediterranean food and the crackers and the tzatziki both some fantastic
I’m always reluctant to try these things because I get a bit grossed out by the idea of fruits/veg going slimy, or oranges going crispy *shudders*. Does that genuinely not happen? I always thought that you had to eat cooked food within 2 days. This is a total education for me! I’d love to try this, I’m terrible at getting food organised for us and my aim is to move away from the junk and convenience foods.
I made your dip with chickpeas blended instead of meat. It’s delicious!!! Thank you. For any mamas who are meatless this is a win!!!

Blending cottage cheese! Genius! This dip is going on our menu next week.
It's the ONLY way I'm eating it. 🤢 If you blend it you can mix it with pasta sauce too for a high protein pasta!
Feeding us all is the only part of my job I don’t like! Thanks Jessica ❤
SAME!!!
SAME! ❤ I need to get some of those lunch containers. 😊
I never knew you could shred chicken that way 😮😮😮 I need to try this! Thank you 🙏
Made the buffalo chicken salad and it is addicting!
Isn't it great?!?

Yay! What a great video
I'm glad you enjoyed it!
What are the containers you use for the extra food?

We haven't had any issues so far 🤷♀️
I do have to soak apple slices beforehand so they down brown, but nothing else is an issue.
I think I’m going to have to try it and see - this could be a game changer for me!
I wish my son liked sandwich meat. 😂
