I’m convinced they are one and the same. Which only tells me that once Jared started messing with Misha, that was it. No more good shots.
I was really impressed with Ruth Connell's performance as Rowena in this episode, you really felt her realization at the loss of her son was genuine grief, and the grief was even more powerful because she herself wouldn't have expected it when Crowley (Fergus)was alive. It also cements the relationship between Rowena and Sam that has been developing over the seasons.
Castiel waiting around the heaven room is an important character development scene. In S4 and 5, Cas would have and just stood there silent and nonmoving until it was time. But now, a decade later, Cas is bored, he keeps moving, it shows how much Cas has changed, developed feelings, has become human.

I second this. Don't get hopes up, even though I know you already finished the series by now. The pandemic ruined a large part of the finale and changed the last couple episodes of the show.

They just fell but didn't die. Heaven battery is grace, when the angels fell they still have their grace. Or it's Metatron keeping the heaven alive cause he has the angel tablet. He has the power of angel tablet making him stronger like an Archangel or little powerful than archangel. That's my speculation I mean it makes sense
