- John Rzeznik of The Goo Goo Dolls is a late night grocery shopper. Not only does he get to be alone at that time but he gets to listen to his music while he's squeezing grapefruit.
As a huge fan in love with John Rzeznik, I will always fancy this man no matter what :)

@@johnrzeznik1562 I was laying in bed listening to Black Balloon, and then had a little flashback to early 2000s when I went with my ex to see The Goo Goo Dolls play in Hamilton. I remember being in awe of your voice, and to top it off, you had the flu that night and STILL sang your heart out! Who does that?!
You're so inspiring to me, as a musician and music teacher. Your song Black Balloon holds a special place in both my and my ex's hearts. Thank you for all your hard work, brilliant songwriting, and powerful voice. You're truly one in a million, John! I'll never forget that show. ❤

I just posted in my FB page the other day about how terrible his plastic surgery is. The first things he had done, I read, was his nose and and a chin implant! He needs to STOPPIT! He's gonna turn into another Mickey Rourke. 😬
@@taffycat93 The damage has already been done, but yes-he definitely should stop while he's still ahead and most importantly, he needs to address and deal with the issues that led him to do such a drastic thing.

That is so cool. I was drivingin my car. I met u at the meet and greet this past summer in bangor maine. Me and my friend went to see u in portland maine 1995 I believe small club zoots I believe. U put the microphone out and I sang name with u for several seconds. When I asked u when I met u if u remember. U said no and I get it 25 years is a long time ago but it really hurt my feelings because of your response was aquard and u seemed like it was no big deal. Well that song Name has always had a lot of meaning to me for several reasons. Your band has been my favorite for 25 years. One out of many reasons why your band is my favorite because you and Robby are really geninuin sweet etc.... When I walked away from the meet and greet which I was the last one to meet you and Robby the security guy said " you dealt with that very classy" All I could say was thank u. I Still don't know what he meant Lol it's all good. I still love you guys and listen to your songs all time. I understand u meet a lot of fans and I'm just Anouther one u don't know me I get it but when a fan that is almost 50 years old and has probably listened to your songs thousands of times says they sang with u that long ago or something that special before u were famous. Make it special. I know u guys meet and greets are really short but I'm sure u get what I'm saying. I wish the best to you and robby! Rock on! Love love!!
The thing is this man has had a million Moments just like that in his lifetime it would be literally impossible to pick out one of them from 25 years ago. I don’t think he was being rude it’s just nearly impossible to remember one of a gazillion moments in your lifetime when you see as many things as a rockstar.

Logic goes out the window for some fans and I wish they looked at things in context.
Being in the public eye is not glamorous and people put unrealistic expectations on those they idolise.
To be honest back then he got high and was a alcoholic until just a few years ago. Think of everything that has happened in his life in the past 25 yrs....and everything he has experienced after he became famous. I don't think he meant to be rude or act like he didn't care...I have seen him in interviews on tv and he is often shy and awkward....alot of performers are like that when they aren't in their comfort zone on stage. But you kind of put him in a awkward position....if he lies then that might lead you to more questions about that night. Plus....do you know how often he forgets lyrics to his own song's. Try not to take it to heart....I think he is grateful for all his fans and I am sure he would love to remember each and every one of us....but that is Impossible. I have seen them a million times.....We met the drummer by accident trying to find the back exit after the show....my friend said hello great ahow and he said thanks. And we went on our way. As much as I would love to meet him I think it would be awkward for me and I don't want to lose the mystique and like in your case feeling let down.

I’ve bumped into Johnny and Robbie in the hall of CBS studios when the band was on Craig Ferguson’s show. Johnny didn’t recognize me but Robbie did. My husband used to play the GGD on his college radio show a lot and interviewed them so he got thanked on Hold Me Up album.
Love his music, even though he looks like Heather Locklear.
