Thank you Brian for sharing. Being a leader in the corporate company myself, I feel very passionate about helping the young, first time leaders to find their way. It's not easy, especially in today's aggressive world of business. I feel it is my duty to help the young leaders figure out their own way of doing things. I get inspired by people like you and I try to inspire the younger generation. Thank you again.
Best presentation style I have seen ever in your body language, eye movement, hand movement, clear voice etc. etc. Thank you Bran Tracy for this valuable information.
Looks are one 'First Impression', Psychological Body language shows how you are feeling, how strong, confident are you, for example, crossed arms can mean you are defensive, or cold, so try to keep more open. Eye contact skill are very important, weak eye contact can show lack of confidence, successful eye contact indicates boldness... & people admire brave people
@@Bluesnakes333 .........Jeez what century are you from?!? [oh....wait a moment. Are you American?] In EVERY recent study of the key elements for making presentations - body language was never once included.
@@nusshan ......Total nonsense! The single most important competency in business today [and has been for a number of years] is the ability to communicate effectively. Indeed, in presentation skills there has been a dramatic 'shift' over the past 5-10 years towards the 'message' being infinitely more important than the 'messenger'. In other words - modern audiences are MUCH more interested in WHAT you say, rather than HOW you say it.
7 essential leadership qualities, that can and must be learn by practice and repetition. 1. Having a clear Vision (manager x leader & transactional x transformational) 2. Courage, you are willing to take risks in order to achieve your goal with no assurance of success. 3. Integrity, the core of integrity is truthfulness. 4. Humility, strong and decisive but also humble. Recognize you may not have all the answers. Give credits to others where credits is due. 5. Strategic Planning. Anticipating market and trend. What will happen in the next 3 months, 6 months and next year. 6. Focus on results and your own strength. 7. Responsibility to achieve goal and Accountability, accepting the mistakes

Always open the floor for the employs and hear them out before disiding. And if things dont go your way always try to change your perspective go back to the drawing board. Dont tolerate any forn of disrespect talk in a calm manner and explain it firmliy. Dont be competative with your fellow leaders learnbfrom them instead.

Respected dear sir,You are always a great source of inspiration, encouragement and role model for millions of people.Your contribution to mankind is immense and your love to nourish quality, strength, confidence in all of us is beyond the power of expression to communicate.Long live our leader who is profound, great in all respect to emulate.regards..VIRENDRA DR
I take full responsibility as a leader. Sometimes you have to make tough decisions to make the buisness move forward. I have thick skin and I have the ability to adpapt to any situation that comes my way. I am a leader because I took full responsibility years ago to lead with honor and to succeed with grace...
For sure Communications skills should be one of the missing qualities that are no mentioned in the video. Perhaps, unity or team building is the other one. All in all, great content and presentation
Excellent to watch and listen to. Will be using your Video like others in my classes.Viedeo is easy to follow, clear and precis.Although the sixth and seventh qualities are not spelled out clearly.
1.vision 2.courage 3.integrity 4.humility 5.ability to anticipate and 6th and 7th have not be explicitly identified. Maybe "Focus on Strength" and "Accept Results"??
I am not agree with humility as a leader but yes sometimes you need to let go from you in order to archive something and accept result is not something that can be said or dissussed because of the anticipating step that were done before. You know what to expect when you apply a specific method, before you start applying it. Or else you dont start a business, to accept a loss profit or so. Plan it good with your shareholders and stalkeholders and make sure that everyone has understood the conditions about your business, how to mind your own business and have parteners that implicit involves respect and reciprocal fairness. Is not like an professional educated leader turn back the head for a non-credible person, non valuable because it brings only losses for people. You have to have an educational background, updated with al the new trends. Is it is skills, intelligence, intrapersonal communication, observation and choosing the right parteners for your own business.I am not risking to be near idiots because I ve seen them all along my life time. When one start a business with "left", there there is nothing left ! Agreements are the most important for future profitability. There are some sort of low educated people online, that seems to not comprehend their level of stupidity and the way how disgust the audience.
Great Video, I am a manager and it is always inspiring and gives me a spark to be reminded of the key traits of management and leadership. I sometimes get to comfortable in a routine and a status quo, but videos like this plant that spark to take things to the next level.
Thank you. I'm currently studying a level 5 qualification in leadership and management. I'm going to purchase one of your books on Monday as it's my birthday. And hopefully sometime next year I'll come back here and say I've passed. Fingers crossed. Thanks again.
A very explicit, simplified explanation. My only concern is that there are only five qualities outlined and explained which are clear vision, courage, integrity , humility and strategic planning, with more needed. i stand to be corrected. Hope to hearing from you in the soonest time.
sir i do really appreciate how you satisfied me with your concept of quality of a good leader and i hope you will share with us more. and i wanted to contact you personally if possible.
Lead how you would like to be led. Treat people how you would like to be treated. The freedom with have now in society leading has become a more democratic process which I think is a good thing.

I think Brian Tracy has good material and very good cogent style of communicating, but gotta be honest, his go-to hand movement (Double Hand Wave) is super distracting :/
