You would need to purchase a size 27mm separately (you can not use a flange insert to make the 24mm larger), but unfortunately I don't think these are available yet from what I can see. I'd recommend reaching out to Momcozy directly at support@momcozy.com to see when these will be available.
The V2 is slightly quieter at less than 48dB. The Mobile Style is less than 50dB. To give you an idea of how loud that is: Whisper is 15dB. Normal conversation is 60 dB. Library is 45 dB. Heavy city traffic is 85 dB.
Not that I have found so far. Maymom do a long flange insert amzn.to/3KJfXre (#ad) which will help extend the tunnel, but this is for the S9/S12 models. Honestly, I think the M5/Mobile Style tunnel is too short for elastic nipples. If you're after a Momoczy wearable pump, I think the S12 Pro amzn.to/3RnlWFV (#ad) with the Maymom long flange inserts is a better option. The tunnel on the S12 pro is twice as long as the Mobile Style.

What if you need a bigger flange how do u put it on

Nope - they are interchangeable and can be used on either side 😊
Mine never sucks got two pairs of m6 but they are useless😢
