Great video. How would you compare these two pumps to the Elvie Stride?
Thank for the lovely feedback! The Elvie Stride comes with 300mmHg so slightly more powerful than the V2, which is 288mmHg. It has 10 suction levels, so again slightly more than the V2 & Freestyle which have 9. The cups are only 5oz capacity, so the V2 definitely holds more at 7oz. The biggest plus for me with the Elvie Stride is that it comes with the app, but unlike the Medela app, you can control your pump from it (not just track your pumping session) so it makes it much more discreet. The biggest downside is that the battery life is only 150 mins, which is decent, but 30 mins less than the V2. The controller is also larger on the Elvie Stride. My choice would be between the Momcozy V2 and Elvie Stride. If you need a longer battery usage time and the bigger cup capacity go with the Momcozy V2 (I also love how small the controller is). If you want the convivence and discretion of an app, go with the Elvie Stride. Hope that helps :)

Is that true that the momcozy v2 motor it wont stay for a long time? Meaning that it will broken within 3months?
The battery lifespan is 500 hours which is pretty good for a wearable breast pump. How long that will last will depend on how often you are pumping with it. But as an example, 500 hours = 1500 x 20 min pumping sessions or 2000 x 15 min pumping sessions. Even at 8 x 20 min sessions a day that is over 6 months of full time pumping. If you are part time pumping or pumping for shorter periods it will obviously last much longer.

Does the momcozy cups connect to the freestyle flex pump?
Great question! Unfortunately, no, the tubing ports are different sizes.
I have the m9 since it was released and the app had so many errors, the dates are off when recording the milk. I've sent a few ticket orders to momcozy to fix. To be honest, i didn't respond too well with this product. This is almost like the Elvie OG pumps but the company is new to the app world?
Thanks for the feedback! The app is definitely a new feature for Momcozy. I assume it will become an integrated feature with future Momcozy pumps, so hopefully, they will continue to iron out any bugs and make improvements.
I thought the M6 has the mobile app too due to its name..
Unfortunately, it is just the M9. I do really hope that more pumps are integrated with the app as it's very handy!

Help! I’m getting less than an ounce when using! Normally I get 3-5 ounces per breast! I’ve tried different flange sizes and still no luck!

@@pumpingmilk my supply remains the same on my m5 and Ameda Mya joy pump. It only decreases with the v2
It could be an inadequate seal somewhere, parts needing replacing, or a faulty pump. Otherwise it could also be a difference is modes/suction patterns and strength. The M5 has a vibration mode which is designed to help with milk extraction. I don't have the Ameda Mya joy pump to compare.
Which will you recommend in between lasinoh discrete duo or momcozy m6?
Great question! I prefer the Momcozy M6. It's more powerful (up to 295mmHg vs 260mmHg suction strength of the Duo), it has a much longer battery usage time (180 mins vs just 100mins of the Duo), and comes with more inclusions like the hard shell carry case. The only downside is that that they don't have replacement parts available yet - you do get a spare set of duckbill valves in your kit. It is also more expensive, however they are running an exclusive sale for Breastfeeding week, so if you use my code PUMPINGMILK on the Momcozy.com website (before 7th Aug 2024) you can get 25% off (#ad).

I am deciding between this and the Willow 360. Love that the Willow allows for total mobility (while pumping with a newborn and a 3yo) but it seems more cumbersome in terms of use, fridge hack, cleaning. The M9 seems more user friendly and comes with everything to be easily portable, but I’m nervous about negative customer reviews of Momcozy and the lack of availability of replacement parts yet. Thoughts?
How important to you is having the app? If you don't need it, then I would go for the Momcozy M6 or or even the M5 as they are very simple to use and minimal parts for cleaning. You'll have no issues with getting parts for the M5. This is my M6 vs M9 comparison: ruclips.net/video/0m6Y_RFe5CI/видео.html If you specifically want the app...I think it could go either way. The total mobility is definitely a plus, and the app is more intergrated i.e. you can use it with a smart watch. However, it is also less powerful compared with the M9.
