@@lawrencebrandt8448 Thank you for your reply. Yes, according to the uploader this was recorded in late March 2014, so she would have been only 25! (She was born 30 January 1989). Amazing performer and this is one of my favourites!

This lady is one of the best blues guitarist I've ever heard.

I discovered Samantha Fish about five years ago with this video. BLOWN AWAY.
New, fresh, raucous, old school, this woman is the total package. Been a fan and a follower ever since, but I still come back to this vid because it is just freaking HOT. I don't think it's exaggerating to say that she is one of the best singer/songwriter/guitar players of this century. What amazes me the most is that she plays with the same intensity whether she's in front of 6 people or 6,000. Love you Samantha, mad respect!
Saw her a couple of years ago, fantastic show. But this version of Samantha is my favorite, and this video is probably my favorite of all the great videos we can find of her on youtube. Man she can flip that switch on! And go from a quiet playful performer (around the 4 minute mark) to full blast rocking blues in seconds! You can hear the great players who have influenced her in her style and delivery. And this version of a small 3 piece combo really lets her show her stuff. GoGo and Scott were so great when they locked into where she was leading. Man, they built that up with such skill and energy at the end! Sometimes I just have to blast this one, AGAIN! Thanks Samantha Fish! You are a force of nature! XO

We all need to spread the word, a lot of you are saying what I've been thinking for the last two months since I found Samantha on RUclips. She should be a household name, not just a blues fan favorite. I have three of her albums, and can't stop listening to them! Tell your friends and family that like good music to check Samantha out!

I've enjoyed this badass video many times and right now I have goosebumps.
I've watched it countless times and I still get goosebumps every time. This badass beatch is definitely the real deal. I've seen her live three times and am going to see her again tomorrow in Mobile.
I say to everyone that hasn't seen her play live, you need to see it.
She is by far the best artist we've seen in years. I gladly drove out to Telluride and Vegas to see her play. I was able to catch her last set in Seattle in 2017. Since then she has added a few band members, but her original drummer has.
She still tours with her bassist Chris Alexander, but GoGo Ray left the band so he could play close to home, and produce. Watching her play her oil can guitar is my favorite part of her show. 4 strings, a bass guitar pickup, tone and volume control knobs, and raw talent plugged into a Category 5 amp.
She is truly incredible.

Samantha has been my absolute favorite since I stumbled across her on the net about a year ago!!! She is female SRV! I can't get enough of her vocals and style! She defines my style of Blues! Hell ya!

Listening to this nasty number for the umpteenth time! Audio is superb and you hear Sammy at the height of her powers. Which are considerable. This was THE band....tho Chris Alexander is ok. But Go Go we miss you Buddy! Turn it up!

@@mindyg8134 Sounds like you need to expose yourself to more unique voices. Consider Joss Stone, Amy Winehouse, and Anastacia. 3 different women of soul from this era with some of the coolest sounds.
It's truly amazing how she can shred that guitar and sing so soulfully at the same time... she's a pretty prodigy! Her band is great too!
