This sprawling hillside-walkout has a captivating presence with staggered gables, a cupola-accented roof, and a stone-and-shake exterior. Arched windows and metal roof accents are elegant additions to this Craftsman house plan from Donald A. Gardner Architects.
The foyer opens to a glorious great room with a coffered ceiling, built-in shelves, and a fireplace. For those that love to entertain, a formal dining room serves every dinner party need and a spacious breakfast nook provides a place for casual meals. The gourmet kitchen offers an island with prep-sink, allowing ample workspace for multiple cooks in the kitchen. A rear screened porch brings endless hours of enjoyment with a fireplace and a skylight-enhanced cathedral ceiling. A pantry, oversized utility room, and e-space bring a multi-functional work-center to the home.
The master suite boosts an attached sunroom for private relaxation, as well as walk-in closets for two. The master bathroom is a spa-quality retreat with dual vanities, a soaking bathtub, and a walk-in shower. I know it may be difficult to do but do you make any similar styles (the Mitchell and Sarafine) in a one story with a bonus room. These are absolutely stunning. This Mitchell plan looks modified from the original plan. Is the modified version available for purchase? Where can we tour some of these floor plans in-person?

I currently own a 23 acre track of woodlands, including half ownership of the 8 acre pond in back of the property here in NC. Do you have recommendations for quality builders that come in at the mid-to-high (not too high) range? This awesome design (or something similar) would look stunning there, almost as if this video were taken from there ❤
