My days arent as structured as yours but living with longer days helps with motivation for tasks that give less dopamine. I have adhd aswel so any extra motivation is welcome on any day. I also peaked a new highest rank in valo ever since i started living like this.

The finals is such a fun game. Testing yourself on a 30 hour schedule is interesting to say the least. I about to wake up 4 in the morning just to go to a conference room for Lowe’s and have breakfast over there. It’s the most BS thing I have to do, but to honest. I want to test myself that how long can I be awake after because I also have shift in the afternoon until Lowe’s close at 9:00 PM. WTF. 21:08 it’s just will power Keeoh. That’s how good you truly are.
I did an experiment on how sleep affected reaction time a few months back, and what my partner and I found was that reaction time went down along with sleep. Always love to see the keeoh uploads!!
I work mornings and nights at 5am and 5pm respectively, and honestly, I feel happy, awake, and productive. I enjoy my work, so I've gotten used to the schedule

whats holding me back is money. witch is time. you see you dont have much to do when you own a tesla and have a home with a trampoline in your living room. and when money comes to be a factor, time is everything. time for work time for sleep time for driving time to have family.

for the record, 8 hours isn't the recommended, it's more like the average amount of recommended sleep. The only amount of sleep you need is "enough to make you feel refreshed the next day". as many people know, there's a chemical in the brain that builds up as you are awake, and reducers when you're asleep. For different people, the rate of that chemical change is different, meaning some can stay awake longer, some can sleep shorter, and sometime people feel like they just never sleep enough. you can also get too much sleep, which is when you wake up and feel like total trash. it also takes about 3 days for your body to settle into a new sleep cycle, which means at the very least, keep your irregular sleep to 72-hour increments, and you might not feel so bad. Hope this helped people who spend more time reading essay long comments than sleeping.
