Depends on kind of returns you are looking for. Newgen for quick (probably double) in about 4-6months, may retain for long term too. Happiestminds for very long term perspective. HCL, Wipro and TCS for consistent very long term (decades). Same way there are many other stocks too, analyze yourself instead of going blindly with above comment of mine
