I love that dapper just lets his tracks speak for themselves.
I love when you do shortcuts that are false/slower as its just a nice mixup from seeing people climb up a wall or go through another invisible path constantly.

The REAL Dutch sport is "Fierljeppen", it's like pole vaulting, but over a ditch between the fields and it involves climbing the pole to get as high as possible so you can get as far as possible
I even played a game that had a Fierljeppen game mode in there, "Knudde World Sports Tournament" ('97), don't know if you could still play it somehow, If someone reads this, and knows, let. Me know, so we both know more 😁

one of my favourite dutch sports has to be fierljeppen. sort of like pole vaulting, but the pole is already in a river (canal) and you are trying to ger as far to the other side of the canal as possible

I think there is a short cut at the start that no one ever saw. After the jump hook right and jump down to the end of the track and into the finish.
Make a Track with an impossible jump. Somewhere before the jump you add a cheese. Make that cheese impossible to. To will you need to cheese back to the original line. That could be fun watching everyone trying to figure out how they finish
Here's an idea for a track theme: Try to build a track that revolves around the number 3.1415926535893238462.

I still would very much appreciate a full cheese run at the end of each stage showing the optimal round, even if it's pre-recorded, just to know what the time to beat was? Or if you at the start or halfway say something like: OK guys, if you do this track the best cheese way, your time should be aroudn x:xx:xx; good hunting!

New viewer here, this format seems a little weird to me: I want to see 1. your thoughts as the designer 2. them failing/improving gradually
Instead I see you failing? your own map with glimpses of the other players
I think some form of free flying camera footage/other people's views would me more interesting to watch, especially the shortcut leaders(the first ones to discover a new shortcut/make it further/fail in a new way). Alternatively maybe have your car replay the shortcut leader's lap
I love the chatting though and connecting the voices to cars/footage would make it even better.

You tend to have minutes of "boring", that i just skip over (eg: ~2:15-4:15 of just jumping to the course going backwards).. Then going for the correct shortcut, only to not get it in the first couple of tries..
It would be much more appealing to watch if you were trying from the start, or at least not wasting time

Nah, I don't like that you told them it is possible and you did it on your ninth try. That's straight up lying. It was way better when you only confirmed that you tested it. Even if you actually did do it and then added a wall to make it impossible, that's lying. Being clever with words is deceptive, but that's in good fun. Straight up lying abuses any trust they might have that, when you give a straight answer, they can trust it.
