When the stage creator comes back and sees someone who has half his time for a run he's definitely gonna be saying "wtf man"...then he'll see Dapper's name and be "Of course he did" lol.
You coulda got a BIG skip in the red section by forcing a wall ride to do a barrier hop straight to the checkpoint without the u-turn.

@@DapperEcho the only option left is to post another video of you doing the same track again but with a new route. we gotta see the sub 1:30 run from you and you alone.
Wouldn't a bigger skip be entering red the wrong way and turning on the booster or does that loose too much time?
@@DapperEcho I blame warcans, I noticed on a bunch of your guy's videos he always prioritizes doing wall rides in weird places. Like if you have a "L" (wall+floor 90* corner). he will ram into the wall and start going up it at times if it means an easy skip.
@@Baer1990 That kind of turn would be too sharp for the zapkis physics. Turns are wide (especially with momentum) and turning costs speed, not just time. So doing a u-turn on a straight away, that's just not happening.
Welcome to a new series called "Dapper Breaks Your Tracks!"
This is why I wish the three of them would occasionally take a break from creating their tracks, which would take a long time, and for one video during the week (or maybe an extra one) they showcase tracks from others that they like, by running it in a public lobby and recording it. Because you know Dapper would choose a a track like this that he has already figured out the cheeses to.
kosmuboy used to do this, but he stopped,, :sad: uhh
@@paulkanja He will still showcase some other tracks. But I want them to do it as part of their Monday/Thursday normal videos where all three, plus Yannic if he is around, plays them, Kosmo showcases tracks that I always wish Yannic would see because I think he would really appreciate them. I remember he tried getting a hold of him during the Simpsons track to join the lobby, but he wasn't answering.
I just think it would be a win win situation for everybody. For the three of them, it is a little bit of a break from building tracks, which can take hours. For the track creators, it gives them some exposure that they wouldn't otherwise get. And for Yannic, it would help promote the game to show really special tracks. I'm not saying that the three main guys' tracks aren't good, but if they each picked out their favorite tracks of other people once in awhile, it would be the best of the best

@@paulkanja And could give them ideas for future track builds of their own. Like how Kosmo get an idea from Warcans track and made a not quite as hard version with the same concept.

Good find! It's such a bummer that the mapper didn't spread out those checkpoint more evenly throughout the track to avoid this! It's such a nice looking track! Just hard to be perfect for 3 minutes 😅

I love watching you cheese your own tracks, but it's much more entertaining to see you try to cheese someone else's. I think it's especially hilarious that you were more successful with this cheese than you are with a lot of the ones you build for yourself. Lol

Not sure if this would work but what if you came out the top of the half pipe instead of the bottom and aimed directly for the blue checkpoint? So now you're going backwards on the blue path and can turn around at the split and do the red path. You might even be able to hop over the red path's first turn (where the paths split) directly onto the red path's booster.
You could almost make this a series and call it like Track Cracker or something
Track Crackers and Cheese is actually a pretty good idea
and this is why everyone asks where is the cheese when you build tracks

This map was literally Mt introduction to the game.
I hopped on. Did like 3 base maps. Went into multi-player and it was this map. But it didn't have any of the pinball design
casually beats author time then proceeds to cut 90+ more seconds off

The only way I think would work would be if you went in the red by the loop and then let the booster push you backwards out of it so that you can take the middle. Otherwise it looks like that is the most optimized route.
That would have been the route I'd have tried: Drop out the bottom of the spiral, take the blue route through the blue checkpoint and the blue booster, turn around at the small hops, enter the red path backwards. If you get a wall hop right inside the red checkpoint over the booster, you might be able to even skip that reversing section.
I'd have used the loop as a ramp to send me back to the center

If you do blue first, the like half pipe, go off that and onto the red loop through the checkpoint then do a 180 and jump down the middle, that would be my ideal route

How about a track like you did with the cheese but with various different ways to the finish and only one of them is the right one, while the others also go to the finish but end on an invisible wall?

So Idea for next 2 levels you make. make 1 level without cheese but super detailed. Second level is exactly the same but with hidden cheese.

Name it "Easy as"

Im more a iRacing typ, but now i know i can use my wheel sounds more fun. Stay Mellow Ppl´s

Wouldn't staying in that first tube till the 3 way split give better time due to exit speed?
You'd hit the 100km/h slowster, so you wouldn't carry the speed anyways. But if you could use the wall of the exit section from the tube to jump over the slowster, you'd take the first section you go through at extreme speeds.
