Be careful getting a dispatcher. Mines left me stranded in OR and I had to find my own loads back to CA. Dispatch yourself just be confident and you will be straight. God bless for the information guys. Thanks
Here is the deal. We have a new authority. When I contact brokers. Even before they get all into that new authority talking. I tell them, yes the authority is new, but the experience behind it isn't. I have 15 years of experience, my dad 43 years n my mom 30 years. Yes the authority is new, but we not.
I know you mention in a lot of your videos about legal zoom. Does legal zoom only help with setting up your LLC or do they help with all paper work like your Authority as well just wondering what's included in the package with legal zoom thanks

Great info!! quick question, how do you build a relashionship with the brokers ig you are only calling them.on the phone. Do you actually go inside the office when you pick up the load and meet or introduce yourself so they know who you are? or is this all over the phone?
How do you send in the carrier packages just thepugh your ohone or do you need to pront and fax anything..do i need ro carry a printer on me lol.. sorry just wanna make sure I know before I do it..thank you
quick short answers tho.. no printer needed just an email no physical contact with broker just a business relationship through quality work and efficiency along with consistent communication through phone and email
Broker gets direct contact and payment from shipper. Dispatcher find loads, set you up to get you still driving without you stopping looking up loads yourself and calling every Tom Duck and Harry brokers and processing carrier paperwork
Brokers don’t like when you piggy back off someone else mc # because they gave the load to a “aged authority” for a reason. If the new mc# guy decides to quit after getting the load. It’s out of the brokers control and he could lose his contract with the shipper, because he has no information about the new person hauling the load. Brokers also don’t like giving loads to truck drivers who also have a freight broker license because it’s a possibility they will piggy back their loads off. If you guys get into freight brokering get a whole new mc# different from the trucking mc#
So, I created my Business Account with Ryder. Dude called Mr back, everything was straight until he asked if I'm going to be driving over 1,000 miles per week. I said, heck yea. He said that he can't rent to Mr then. It's a new policy they just started.
Right!! You know any place renting 26' with liftgate? If I can find one, I'm going to end up buying a 2021 Mercedes Van, only cause I was approved for the loan. I really want to start in a box truck though. I want that work.

The brokers aren’t at the pick up. They work from a computer anywhere in the world.
