Hey Archie I previously bought an S1 few months ago and have yet to connect it and recently purchased the dock but I don’t even know how to hook it up. Do you need a special box gear or router to have em all connected to let’s say a m1 Mac with only 1 Ethernet connection which I’m using for my avid carbon so I’m stuck in what I need to finish hooking them up because I don’t have any extra port in computer. What would you suggest me ? Thanks bro

Just a side topic but wondered whether in 2023 would you still recommend Apollo twin x devices? it’s just that I am using the Apollo twin duo mk1 (silver) Thunderbolt edition, but have been told that Twin x is a significant improvement, would you agree?! I know you are a UA user/fan so thought it would be worth asking. Thanks bro🙏🏾🙌🏾👍🏾
Yes!! It definitely takes a few weeks to get use to it. Awww man. I see. I definitely recommend the Apollo Twin X. I would ride with it for years as well unless they come out with something that mind blowing, lol. Honestly, the Apollo duo MK1 was a great release for the pro audio industry but it's a bit slow compared to the twin x with processing unison plugins. Also, the Twin X preamps are slightly cleaner. I hope this helps.
