I'm having THE HARDEST time sliding the auger housing on. Help!!!
This video was an absolute life saver, followed it step by step, no problem what so ever putting it together, aside from noticing a dent on the side of the lid, ( once I got it put together) couldn't be happier with this grill.

Update: decided to grill yesterday for the first time this year, removed the cover added the pellets, plugged it in, turned it on and got an error code, turned the knob until it came on, auger came on but would not heat up, tried everything to get it to work, with no luck, so disappointed.
My Auger went out on this grill and it's a nightmare trying to get another one to replace it, need help ASAP

Why does the video not show the fire pot gasket? Is it optional?
Those casters are way too small for this rig.
Do you think that Cuisinart will provide an upgrade for the woodcreek control console to wifi? The Bluetooth is not string and cuts out when I go into the kitchen from the backyard. I just got mine and put it together this weekend. This video helped tremendously...

Does anyone know if the white foam stays on the bottom of the grill where the hopper auger attached?
Hi! There is a white fiberglass gasket that should be there but all packaging Styrofoam should be removed.
How heavy is main part? Can 1 person lift?
Hi there! The weight of the grill is about 198 lbs, so we do recommend a team lift.
How long does it take to put together
Took me 2hrs by myself, and glue on stickers suck got it on led screen
Do we need a truck to pick it up from the store or can the package fit in the trunk of a sedan?
The Woodcreek will fit in the back of an SUV but not a sedan trunk.
Had mine 2 months even tho i clean each time before i cook it catches fire when cooking brisket or burgers or anything with bacon. Last one almost caught my house on fire flames coming out of the smoke release. The inside plates are all rusted. 2 months. I did everything properly this grill just doesnt like fat on your meat and the ggrease cstcher is way too small also the digital app doesnt work unless your next to the grill. Also searing isnt good. Inless you count the fires.
