Question. I'm new to the thought of even trying to build a home theater. But the timing is perfect because we are currently building a home that will have a dedicated media room. The Media Room dimensions are about 15 1/2 ft wide, and half the room depth is 19'10" and the other half is 23ft, the ceiling is vaulted from 8ft to 10ft (highest point). Would you consider this a smaller than normal theater room space? Or average?Trying to get an idea of how things will come together in a theater space such as mine.
You have more than enough space for a great home theater! Call and schedule a free video consultation with our specialist and we can go over the different options available based of your room, preferences, and budget. Thanks for commenting Jeremy! 877-417-9000
@@BenFranklinjunior800 your room is going to be inspiring for so many around the country that you can create an amazing theater in a very small space. Excited for the series to launch!
Love you Zach congratulations please read my suggestions. I want to work for you too. Like I want to get back into working you got me motivated. I used to own my own company small not big like you but I suggested and took break from it. I was doing consulting as you know but I want to work professionally with you.
This completed room will be coming soon to our channel but we used the focal 302 wall mounted between the cabinet and screen. It works really well but in a perfect world you would want an AT screen but with UST it’s not possible. This is a really great solution! dreamediaav.com/products/focal-on-wall-302
We used an external amp for the bed layer with a audio control pantages g4 but you could do the same with something like a marnatz 7025 2 channel amp. The Marantz cinema 40 and 50 are both 11.4 processors but only have 9.4 amplification so you need the extra amp for run a 5.x.6 Atmos system. If you still have questions feel free to call our specialist anytime! 877-417-9000. We ship nationwide. Thanks for watching!
i would like to sell my definitives 9080x towers and 9080 cs center channel and get me diffrent speakers for the complete front and it looks like you have some skinny ones for the fronts are those self powered or just plain and how do they soind ? i am searching thanks ---
I can make you a 7.2.6 using the opposite wall. I got your back. You can display your boards on the side your screen is here. Then put your screen with your subs. We can also display 1-2 boards on each side of your screen on that opposite wall to keep the style in there. During Christmas you can swap a Christmas board etc. I can work with you. Then you can gain walking space since the opposite side is taken by subs already and the kitchen counter. Remember your windows above on the other side wall is ok because your ambient light reflecting. I think you can get better sound and better visual affects. I'm not trolling. My job is to improve systems. People hire me to fix things. I got your back for free. Your boy
We have compared the awol vision 3500 and it is a better picture but it sits much further in the room. For those reasons both the epson and the awol have some pros and cons. What ever happened to that dude who won the 60,000 dollar home theater from you guys? You did one little video and never showed outcome. Did kill off the family or something???
I was wondering the same. They said new videos would come early March. It's now April with no such video(s). I'm thinking they used it for views & subs, but are hoping we forget about it. Wasn't the winner dying of a terminal illness?
And zero room treatment… Atmos is so great but as more energy you put in the room, as more you need to control them with Treatment (even stereo setup need an room concept). Gear doesnt matter as much, when youve an awful RT60 across all frequencys no speaker in the world can give you high end or even good sound when the room mess everything up. I know most people dont like the look of Absorbers & Diffusors but good Acoustics is the fundamental base of good sound
I am not sure how much good the pre-wiring for the projector will do in the ceiling. I doubt you will get more image quality out of a standard throw projector unless you want to paint the whole space black and really kind of ruin the aesthetic.
It’s behind the acoustic fabric on the Salamander designs UST projector cabinet. It’s a little low but that is going to change in future episodes. Thanks for watching!
@@Dreamediaav So, which power amp are you driving via the Cinema 40 pre-outs to power your bed layer speakers? I was hoping to find the name in the video description, but I didn't see it mentioned.

Impressive setup! Equally impressive is the view out your window... WOW!

What’s killer is how close it is to the wall without a huge gap
Exactly! That alone makes the LS800 an amazing choice for UST. Thanks for commenting!
Great video! What did you do for sitting arrangements in the room?
How are you going to mount the center channel at ear height you said without an acoustical transparent screen and using a short throw projector?

Where did you get the white comfy seating?
what happens with the 5.2.6? are those extra two channels on ceiling muted or does atmos spread over the 6 speakers?

Would you still buy the Epson over the Awol 3500? Awol is native 4k and has little more features for a little more money.
